Dream House
Pro: If you want to experience Florence to the fullest, choose this house. You're right next to the Ponte Vecchio, which everyone comes to see. You wake up to this view every morning and watch the sunset from your balcony. It's in the city center but away from the noise. Rowers pass by while you enjoy your beer on your balcony. If you want to experience a true dream vacation, I recommend choosing this pristine house. Many thanks to all of UNYCA. (We are uploading photos of Ponte Vecchio that we took from home.)

Comfortable quiet oasis in the heart of the city
Pro: Amazing location. Quiet comfortable oasis. Ground floor. Spacious. The balcony/ terrace is out of the full sun so a really nice spot to sit out and take it all in.

Pro: There’s simply no better location than this. You can see a half of city’s attractions from the terrace feeling yourself in the middle of all activities and yet staying privately apart from the street crowds.
Contro: The apartment is new, equipped and modern, however no locker on the bathroom door is kinda awkward.

Pro: Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au sein de ce logement qui répondait en tout point à nos attentes. Spacieux, lumineux, très propre et bien équipée ! Par ailleurs, la vue du logement est absolument superbe ! La communication a également été très fluide tout le long.
Contro: Le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas mais il s'agissait très certainement d'une malchance. La propriétaire s'est montrée très cependant très réactive pour tenter de trouver une solution à ce problème.

Pro: Wunderschönes Apartment in Florenz mit traumhafter Aussicht auf die Ponte Vecchio. Der Blick auf die historische Brücke – besonders bei Sonnenuntergang – war einfach unvergesslich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die zentrale Lage ist ideal, um die Altstadt bequem zu Fuß zu erkunden, und trotzdem war es angenehm ruhig. Der Gastgeber war freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolute Empfehlung!
Contro: Außerdem ist das Parken in Florenz generell schwierig und kostenintensiv, was man bei der Anreise einplanen sollte. Wir hatten die Parkgarage Lungarno gebucht und es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert

Une expérience finalement encore plus incroyable que prévu
Pro: Suite à un incident indépendant de la volonté d’UNYCA (porte d’entrée endommagée par les précédents locataires, photos à l’appui), nous n’avons pas pu occuper l’appartement initialement réservé. UNYCA a fait preuve d’un grand professionnalisme et d’une réactivité exemplaire, et nous a immédiatement relogés dans un appartement situé Piazza Santa Croce, face à l’église. L’appartement était absolument magnifique, aussi beau que celui réservé à l’origine, avec un emplacement tout simplement exceptionnel. Cerise sur le gâteau : notre séjour a coïncidé avec le grand marché de Noël installé sur la place Santa Croce, juste au pied de l’immeuble. Une ambiance féerique, magique, qui a rendu l’expérience inoubliable. Tout était parfait : le logement, la localisation, l’organisation et l’accompagnement. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation et referons appel à UNYCA lors d’un prochain séjour à Florence.

Pro: Ett fantastiskt läge alldeles vid floden och ett stenkast från Ponte Vecchio. En underbar utsikt på kvällarna med alla lampor tända utmed floden, då det passade bra med ett glas vin på balkongen!
Contro: Det är ingen sol på balkongen, endast tidigt på morgonen. Fast det kan nog vara skönt under den varmaste tiden på året.

Un appartement incroyable pour une ville incroyable
Pro: Un séjour incroyable, l’appartement correspond parfaitement aux photos, vraiment très propre. Le lit super confortable. Le chauffage était également très fonctionnel. Très bon emplacement à 20m du Ponte Vecchio que vous voyez en photo mais également très proche de tous les monuments, musées à visiter et facile d’accès. L’appartement est situé au rez de chaussée. Le personnel très accueillant et ponctuel, lors de votre arrivée quelqu’un vous attendra pour vous donner les clés et infos supplémentaires sur l’appartement. Il reste joignable durant tout votre séjour et vous répondra vite. Si vous hésitez encore sur l’appartement je vous recommande vraiment de le choisir vous vous y sentirez comme chez vous !
