La Casina - Tintori apt

indimenticabile

Pro: La casina è molto concentrata ma adatta ad un soggiorno per due persone, è pulita, accogliente, ordinata, fornitissima di tutto (lavatrice, servizi igienici, doccia, ferro da stiro e un piccolo asse, riscaldamenti efficienti, fornelli, lavello, wi-fi, una piccola smartTV, bollitore, una piccola moka e potrei continuare ancora per molto). La posizione, altra nota positiva, è perfetta, trovandosi nel cuore di firenze e a pochi minuti a piedi da moltissimi luoghi di interesse e locali. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili a risolvere qualsiasi nostro dubbio, esperienza molto positiva.

Contro: Aggiungerei dello zucchero al kit di benvenuto, in quanto era davvero l’unica cosa che mancava.

Munita di stoviglie tisaniera e tutto ciò che per 2 notti può servire. Buonissimi i prodotti corpo

Pro: Il soggiorno è stato meraviglioso. L'accoglienza è stata attenta e curata, arricchita da ottimi consigli sulla visita alla città. La posizione e pulizia ottima.

Pro: curata e carina come struttura comoda per un weekend veloce in città abbastanza vicina al centro sia a piedi che con i mezzi

Contro: essendo le due abitazioni molto vicine, ogni volta che qualcuno entrava e usciva dagli appartamenti sembrava che stessero entrando in camera (soprattutto la notte)

Cozy room for short stay

Pro: Easy access to the building and good facilities with all the amenities for cooking and washing clothes. Good pillows - choice of types! Clear communication with host. Quiet area and building. While a little away from the main tourist sites, good access to public transport and restaurants nearby.

Contro: AC wasn’t the strongest - a bit of a damp smell in the room, not sure if AC or the room? Mosquitoes in room, perhaps from when we opened windows? TV didn’t work - we notified host and they said they’d replace - didn’t bother us but might want to double check it’s been fixed before you book. The place was quite small so difficult to move around with two people and two cases - okay for a couple of nights.

Pro: The small apartment is located in the city center. Although one might expect it to be noisy right in the heart of the city, it’s not! This cozy place is tucked away on a quiet street, so I slept wonderfully, got plenty of rest, and really enjoyed my stay because everything was within easy reach. The apartment has everything you might need: a small kitchen, a bathroom, a hairdryer, and an iron. There’s another apartment nearby, but the neighbors were great—no one made any noise. All in all, I was very satisfied with the accommodation and the communication with the host, even though we didn’t meet in person. He responded to messages promptly, arranged a taxi to the station for me, and was always available—very kind and calm at all times.

Clean, great communication and location.

Pro: Excellent location, super communication, decent size (this is a studio so pretty small but did not expect more or less - sufficient for one traveller). Good equipments and very clean flat. Unfortunately smells a bit humidity (lightly moldy on some places) And bad smell in the patio.
