Will definitely recommend to stay here especially family with small kids.

Pro: The location is very convenient for a family with small kids to go anywhere in Florence. The house is comfortable clean and quite large. Love love love it

Lovely apartment, very central.

Pro: Nice, spacious apartment. The host was lovely. And when I pointed out that the kettle didn't work any more (I'm British - tea is important) he replaced it very quickly. The location is amazing, on a lovely little street, a short walk to the Duomo, the station, lots of restaurants and bars etc. Very central.

Contro: Unfortunately the biggest positive of the apartment - the location - is also its biggest downfall. It's right above a bar/club which had music playing until 1am most nights, very loudly. Forrtunately we discovered that if you turn the air conditioning on, it can act as white noise to block out some of the noise!

Contro: El departamento tiene dos baños, pero 1 WC solo se puede usar para orinar Tiene 2 piezas: Una matrimonial y una doble. Las camas dobles son muy blandas, como 2 colchones juntos y se hacia un hueco en el centro. Falta iluminación

Perfect location, clean, and comfortable!

Pro: The best possible location! Short walk from train station even shorter to the Duomo & main centers. Stefano and Julio were so kind and hospitable. We will definitely be back

Great stay - right around the corner from Duomo and near everything!

Pro: We were met by a very nice host who helped us with our luggage up the 1 flight of stairs. We had to wait a while to check in but were compensated with a lovely bottle of wine, biscuits and fresh water. Amazing tips on local restaurants, gelato shops and markets.

Contro: The place is a little outdated and needs touching up. One of the showers is extremely tight, my kids couldnt even get into it. Electric toilet flussh is tricky to manuever.

Great Family Apartment in Downtown Florence

Pro: Great location near the train station (quick tram from the airport) and right in downtown steps from some great things to see and places to eat. Stefano greeted us when we arrived, showed us the apartment, and gave us a quick intro to the city with some recommended restaurants, shops and places to see. Both bedrooms had air conditioning to keep cool even with temperatures at 38C during our visit, there were two bathrooms, and a small kitchen stocked with coffee and utensils for cooking if needed. Plenty of space for our family of 5.

Contro: Not an issue for us, but do be aware that the apartment sits above a busy street that can be loud into the late evening. It wasn't a problem for our kids but something to be aware of.
