Pro: Appartamento centralissimo, eppure tranquillo e appartato rispetto alla folla e al traffico. Ultimo piano con vista sui tetti di Firenze (c'è perfino una altana), luminoso e arredato con cura e originalità.

Pro: ottima posizione nel centro di firenze, strategica accoglienza puntuale, gentile e precisa appartamento accogliente, ampio e di charme, buona dotazione di servizi

Contro: più che un miglioramento un'avvertenza per i futuri ospiti: data l'età dell'immobile le scale sono abbastanza ripide e l'ascensore, che porta direttamente all'appartamento (comodissimo), è stretto

Fantastic Firenze

Pro: We felt right at home. Tasteful and comfortable design and room for whole family with variety of meetup place within the apartment. Balcony a blessing at morgon coffee and evening drink :)

We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Pro: The faded white look, general architecture and interior. Great views across rooftops.

Contro: No tea towel for the kitchen. Shower attachment on bath not working.

Great location in tbe heart of Florence.

Pro: Fantastic location in the heart of Florence. Close to some excellent restaurants and bars.

Contro: Would benefit from some instructions on how to use the TV and washing machine.

Pro: En ufak detayları dahil herşey muhteşemdi. Tertemiz, havalandırılmış ve çok konforluydu. Asansörün özel olarak evin içine açılması da sürprizi oldu. \

Traditional Florence building living

Pro: The property is situated in the middle of Florence. It’s really a good central location however, the apartment has lots of stairs and a very, very small one person elevator so I wouldn’t recommend it for older people for small children. That noted . It’s a beautiful place decorated well own very basic but also a good experience to live in traditional building that has modern furniture.

Contro: The stairs can sometimes be a challenge for people, and there was only one key to operate the elevator, but other than that, our experience was great, and the views from the roof are amazing and I think I would recommend this place to other people as well

Pro: Las instalaciones, el ascensor, todo limpio y en buen estado, buena ubicación

Rustic Old World Charm

Pro: The charm was amazing and made me feel like we went back in time. Every night we could hear music and singing from the square nearby. The balcony is a great place to have a cup of coffee or tea. The AC was good. The views were beautiful.

Contro: Be ready for lots of stairs or a tiny elevator. The beds were a bit hard, and the kitchen lacked glasses.

Pro: Pięknie, gustownie, z rozmachem urządzone mieszkanie. Niestety już lekko podniszczone. Czysta, pościel, ręczniki, wygodne łóżka, klimatyzacja. Położenie idealne. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Contro: Brudne podłogi i kanapy. Generalnie apartament jest już nieco podniszczony i wymaga odświeżenia.
