modern renovated home near city center & transit

Pro: Casa bella, comoda, ben arredata, tutto nuovo e pulito, c'era tutto quello che serviva

Mi è piaciuta molto la città e tornerò sicuramente!

Pro: L’arredamento. Molto comoda come posizione rispetto al centro, aiutato dal fatto che erano vicini alle varie fermate del tram e bus e anche rispetto ad alcuni locali. Inoltre subito sotto all’appartamento c’è un supermercato, comodissimo se si vuole mangiare in appartamento invece che andare in qualche localino.

Contro: Tutto OK!!

Perfect family stay in Florence

Pro: The apartment was simply perfect for a family trip. They had provided precise instructions on how to reach the apartment and check in. There was a detailed booklet available to guide first timers on what to see, where to eat, etc. Location is close to the tram station and you can reach the city center via tram in 10 mins. The apartment has everything that you need in it (washing machine, dish washer, AC, microwave, cooking range, TV, etc.). It is pretty spacious and comfortable too. We really enjoyed our stay in Florence and look forward to coming back.

Pro: Absolutely gorgeous apartment in a quaint location in Florence. The apartment was beautiful and had multiple amenities! The host was welcoming and warm and very responsive towards all our needs. I would highly recommend this place.

I’m very satisfied with this living experience

Pro: The first impression this apartment gave me was that it was clean, tidy and comfortable. All the daily necessities were available inside. The location of the community is very convenient for travel. There is a parking lot at the entrance and it takes only two or three minutes to reach the rail transit. Besides, there is a supermarket and restaurants downstairs, which is convenient for leisure and vacation.

Contro: It would be best to have a place to dry clothes.

Pro: Very, very nice and super clean apartment in a complex, located in nice and calm area. Shops, park and public transport nearby. City center is not far even by walking. The host was extremely well prepared for everything - there is a book with so much useful information. All kinds of facilities in the apartment, even anti mosquito devices. Amazing attention to all details!

Amazing stay at Florence

Pro: Everything was just great. The appartement was really clean, fully equiped with everything you need. The host was really nice and helpfull. Even a late Check-in was not a problem at all. Highly recommended

Contro: The only small thing we didn't like was that the TV in the bedroom wasn't syntonize, will work with the Radio Channels but will not show any TV Channels however the one in the living room worked perfectly

Excellent & Happy Stay

Pro: I loved everything.Every corner was same as shown in pictures, beautiful & squeaky clean.This house has windows in every room (in hall,kitchen,bedroom,bathroom) good sunlight comes in hall at mid of the afternoon.Apartment had everything,even more than everything we needed with fully loaded kitchen.To reach center tram station is just near.Supermarket is just 2 mins away..Host gave keen attention to every minor details.Most important he is so attentive.Got timely response on each text of us.I wanted to stay more..Thanks for making our stay so beautiful & comfortable.♥️
