Pro: Casa signorile fantastica, con ottime finiture e spazi generosi, posizione fantastica, telefonicamente il personale é stato molto disponibile

Contro: C'é stata un po' di confusione tra il numero fornito nella chat di booking e quello con il quale siamo stati contattati per il check in che ha portato ad un'incomprensione

Pro: La casa favoloso e spaziosa, pulizia impeccabile, e fornito di tutto...la cucina attrezzata di tutto forno e lavastoviglie, casa perfetto le famiglie e gruppi di amici. Staff molto disponibili è da consigli molto buoni per firenze

Good but needs some polishing

Pro: Location is good. Close to train station which is convenient for traveling by train. Plenty of space. High ceiling. Big terrace, great for breakfasts. 3 bathrooms.

Contro: Overall our stay was good so fine to stay once more but some areas could be improved to make it perfect. Apartment wasn't very clean. Dusty floor so socks got dirty immediately. Probably they walk in shoes inside. So did the guy who came for cleaning. He did not look very qualified for this. Terrace needs cleaning. Broken pieces of glass all over it, dirt, leaves. Trash in bins present. Some of us got injured. Some matresses are pressed through, hard to sleep. All bathrooms cannot be locked from inside, uncomfortable to do your business. Power socket not working in small corner bedroom. All the lamps there are fake-no sockets to plug in.

Gem near train station

Pro: Spacious 4 bed 3 bath apartment. Not to mention the huge patio out back. 1 floor walkup, but there is a small elevator. Clean and comfortable, we'll equipped kitchen if you feel the need. Fantastic location, just 7 minutes walk from the train station and most major attractions.

Contro: Nothing.

Pro: Easy access from the train station. Plenty of space for groups traveling together. Nice outdoor space.

Great apartment in great location

Pro: A great location, very convenient, very spacious, you can walk everywhere easily from the apartment and despite being on a busy street, it was surprisingly quiet. Had a lovely terrace that is very under advertised which we enjoyed sitting out on every evening.... They were very good communicators, a really nice guy met us and let us in. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were v good, with good showers and clean. Overall we had a happy stay and it was ideal for the family.

Contro: The kitchen was pretty poorly equipped. No sharp knives, only one chopping board. No cloths for drying up dishes (luckily we had brought our own having read previous reviews) and really....the cleaning team could do a better job....the terrace needs a good old sweep, dust under the beds and on the radiators was pretty thick and really, I feel you are missing a trick with your great terrace which could be made beautiful at very little cost...the swing chair is ripped, there is a broken chair dumped in the corner, a lick of paint wouldn't go a miss and even the broom provided was broken so even when we wanted to sweep, we couldn't. But this is just feedback designed to be helpful. Overall we had such a fabulous five nights in Florence and we would comeback and would recommend it.

Pro: Great property - it was very clean and loved the open layout and way more spacious than expected. Our family stayed very comfortably and loved the large balcony - it was also great leaving the doors open to the kitchen and cooking together! Was worried about the location at first because it looked a little far from city center for 2 kids to walk but it wasn't an issue. Check-in was also very easy as Mirko met us at the property - he was super nice and helpful!

매우매우 넓고 쾌적한 장기투숙,대가족에게 추천

Pro: 테라스가있었고 방도 엄청많고 넓고 주방도 넓고 다 이용못해서 아쉬웠을정도. 역과 10분거리 두오모와 20분 거리 평지여서 짐끌고 가기 편했다

Contro: 시티택스 잔돈이 구비가 안되어있어서 짐속에서 잔돈을 찾느라 고생. 그치만 호스트 매우 친절했음
