Bellissimo soggiorno a Firenze

Pro: L'appartamento era completo di tutto , non mancava veramente nulla , doppi servizi , ampio soggiorno con bellissima vista sul fiume Arno , l'appartamento si trova in una zona molto signorile della citta , circondato dal verde. ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Wonderful appartement - perfect for families

Pro: Apartement was just like the pictures and really clean when we arrived. Its located just outside the city centre and everything was reachable within a short walk or by bus. It is located at a main street so you can expect traffic noises however it gets drastically more quiet after 11pm. We were travelling with 4 adults and the appartement gave us enough space to relax each on our own. The balconys were clean and spacious and the neighbours really nice and quiet. The host was incredibly nice and communication was fantastic. We would recommened and hope to come back someday!

Perfect apartment in Florence

Pro: The instructions were very clear to check in, parking is inside. It's very well equiped, it has SO many small details well thought. The AC was a blessing in July. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, it's right by the river which makes it a nice walk. To the city centre is 40min or by Bus n14, 20. It was perfect for us 6: 3 rooms + 2 bathrooms. Internet works fast. I have nothing negative to say! I'd stay that again next time. We discovered an outdoor bar/terrace across the street, away from the tourist but vibrant and lively.

Great apartment that was perfect for our family trip

Pro: Great apartment. It wasn't easy to find a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Florence so we were really happy to find this place. The apartment has free and easy parking which was important to us as we travelled by car. The price was very good and the apartment had a lot of character and modern facilities. The host was very accessible and friendly, and there were some nice touches, including coffee machine and pods and a bottle of bubbly in the fridge.

Great position close to the tourist district well supported by frequent buses

Pro: As on the outskirts of florence while still being within 20minutes of the centre by Bus, it means that the appartment has excellent views of the rolling Tuscan hills and un restricted view of the blue sky from the front of the appartment property while viewing the river that runs through the centre of Florence from infront of the sittingroom. The owner has placed some chairs and a small table so that the front has an outside space that was not shown on the photos but allowed a view from both inside and outside of the river.

Contro: We were happy with the views from the front, so did not use the quieter rear verrandah as there is a road that runs alongside the river.

Wundervoller Urlaub in Florenz

Pro: Die Unterkunft war großartig, gemütlich eingerichtet und alles dort was man braucht. Marianna war wirklich eine ganz tolle hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz im Hinterhof. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!!

Pro: The property was very clean, spacious and had excellent amenities. It was a great place to regroup after a long day of sightseeing.

Contro: The only minor consideration was the distance to town Center. After walking all day, the apartment was great place to regroup after re-charge, but it was always a challenge to muster the energy to head back into Center for evening. This was totally our issue as there are simple bus options to take you there, saving time and steps! We just like to run on our own schedule so walking was our choice. Note for those who like the walking - recommend tossing the Arno and walking on the less busy side. Much more enjoyable and often faster (fewer intersections)

Além disso o local é muito bem cuidado e confortável. A localização é ótima., fora da ZTL. a distância para os pontos turísticos estavam a menos de 1 hora a pé ou 5 min de Van. m as

Pro: The property is immaculately maintained, spacious, has private parking for those requiring an automobile, bicycle(s), 3 patios, small elevator from street level to the apartment which luggage transport a breeze. There is also a washer/dryer, complete kitchen with utensils, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with showers. The apartment is located one level above the street and has secure entry. There is a view of the Arno River and a riverside park directly across the street. The apartment is mostly quiet; one experiences some noise from other building occupants, but it is not objectionable and the property is far enough (1.5 miles) from the tourist heart of city center to make one feel relatively close to attractions without the heavy evening noise. For those without a car, city bus service and a few quality local restaurants are within a 3-5 city block walk.

Contro: There really wasn’t much to be displeased with. One might object to this property being about 1.5 miles away from tourist attractions, but from my perspective the location afforded me a great opportunity to experience more personal experiences with local residents and lower prices for quality meals that cost much more at tourist venues.
