Pro: La grande disponibilità e gentilezza dei gestori. Ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli nel loro vicino B&B. Posizione centralissima.

Contro: Essendo un palazzo storico non ha l'ascensore.

Spacious Apartment in the Heart of Florence

Pro: The apartment is in a great location, right in the heart of Florence. It’s very big and spacious, with everything you need: a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and all utilities. The self check-in was convenient, and the staff was always reachable via WhatsApp or phone, which made things easy. Pet are welcome :) Super recommended!

Contro: On the downside, the portable air conditioner wasn’t very strong and quite noisy. Luckily, during our visit it wasn’t too hot, but in warmer weather it could be uncomfortable in the bedroom.

Pro: Riccardo was happy to help anytime if you need anything, rooms were nice and clean

Pro: Lokalizacja pierwsza klasa. Personel- rewelacja. W mieszkaniu jest wszystko, co jest potrzebne na wakacyjny pobyt. Nawet drabina! Która mi się przydała, bo jestem niska i nie mogłam sięgnąć do wyższych półek w kuchni 😃 Łóżka bardzo wygodne, świeżutka, czysta pościel i ręczniki. Gorąca woda pod prysznicem z dobrym ciśnieniem. Podczas naszego pobytu noce były chłodne, ale codziennie wieczorem i rano kaloryfery się załączały i w mieszkaniu było cieplutko. Polecam bardzo!

Pro: O apartamento é sensacional, tem tudo que você precisa. A localização é ótima, fizemos tudo a pé. Os anfitrioões foram muito gentis, educados e atenciosos. Recomendo demais, valeu muito a pena.

A true gem in the heart of Florence

Pro: The location and property itself was wonderful. The hosts were very kind and communicative and absolutely loved the apartment! I felt like a local and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Florence. So accessible and so much charm!

Nice choice to stay in Florence for 2-3 days!

Pro: The location was great, just a few minutes walk and you were in the heart of Florence. Third floor, no elevator, but easy stairs.

Contro: Everything was ok!

Bel emplacement et très propre

Pro: Excellent emplacement, lumineux, très propre, bien accueillies, bien équipé en lave-linge et TV

Contro: Installer une climatisation réversible est très important, parce qu'il n'y a aucun système de climatisation installé sauf un Pinguino bruyant et un ventilateur. La douche passe du très froid au bouillant, mitigeur à régler

Pro: - la taille et le confort du lit - la localisation de l’appartement dans le centre ville - la gentillesse et réactivité de l’hôte par message

Contro: - c’est écrit « climatisation » dans l’annonce, mais il n’y en a pas. C’est un refroidisseur d’air, que nous ne pouvons pas garder la nuit car l’appareil fait un bruit épouvantable, (en cas de canicule, comme ce week-end, c'était rude).
