Pro: Appartamento pulito e accogliente. Appena fuori della ZTL. Il centro si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi. Zona tranquilla e ben servita.

Florence, undeniably enchanting

Pro: Perfect location. Lovely safe area. Once you had got your bearings public transport was available. The AC was a godsend. Two king size beds in large bedrooms. The electronic link for the buildings main door worked brilliantly via my phone!

Contro: I would have liked to see some literature about the area, public transport, food shops. The cooker I would have liked instructions on how to enter the building well before I was stood outside it. I would have liked a contact should anything have gone wrong in the apartment.. Non of the above marred my visit to the most beautiful city I have ever visited.. I would definitely use this apartment again

Beautiful, clean property, a 25 minute walk from the main tourist attractions such as the Duomo and the Uffizi Gallery.

Pro: The property was beautiful and clean. The two bedrooms were a very generous size. We received very clear instructions as to how to get to and enter the property.

Contro: Initially the air conditioning was noisy as it turned on and off in the bedrooms, until we discovered a white key card that we inserted into a box at the front door - this resolved the problem!

I will return!

Pro: Excellent location, maximum 15-minute walk to the Florence Cathedral. Clean and quiet area. Large, beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained rooms. espresso machine, a big plus for morning wake-ups. On the ground floor of the building, the Donatello café welcomes you from early morning with excellent coffee. We will definitely return! Highly recommend. Thank you for your hospitality! It was a fantastic stay. The apartment is a gem in Florence.

Pro: We had a really great stay at the apartment. It is in a quite neighborhood which we much preferred to be away from the crowds of the city. It is short walk to most major touristy sites, 30 mins walk from Santa Maria train station. There is a cafe and restaurants on the same street, and mini Carrefour near by(5 mins walk). The apartment is new, clean and very spacious. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. And the beds are among one of best that I have even slept on. The host was very responsive unlike some other review. They acted quickly for our requests which we really appreciated. We locked the keys inside the apartment one day, they helped us solved the problem within a couple of hours. Although we didn't meet the host, the check-in was swift, so was check out. There were two of us. The apartment would be great for two couples to stay as well. I would definitely choose to stay this apartment again for my future visits to Florence.

Contro: There isn't anything that we didn't like.

Agradable y tranquilo.

Pro: Alojamiento cómodo y agradable, ubicado en un barrio tranquilo con fácil aparcamiento, supermercados y restaurantes cercanos. Se encuentra a 25 minutos a pie del centro. Dispone de aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, algo muy de agradecer durante la ola de calor que vivimos. Cuenta además con lavadora y un espacio en la terraza para tender, así como una cocina muy bien equipada

Contro: Sería recomendable mejorar la ducha, ya que la temperatura del agua resultaba difícil de regular. También sería útil colocar una cortina o visillo en la ventana para ofrecer mayor intimidad.

Lindo y cómodo apartamento en vecindario tranquilo

Pro: Apartamento cómodo, bien iluminado, con un necesario aire acondicionado en todos los ambientes, con utensillos básicos en la cocina, vecindario silencioso.

Contro: No hay nada que no nos haya gustado específicamente, solo mencionar que el apartamento está a unas 15 cuadras de la zona del centro y a unas 20 de la estación de tren Santa María Novella. Es un lindo apartamento, pero en un área con poca afluencia de taxis.

Pro: Appartement was erg schoon. 15 minuten lopen naar het centrum van de stad en een bakkerij twee deuren verder. Locatie was perfect.

Contro: Douchen was een uitdaging, een half minuutje warm water, daarna werd het koud. Door de ketel te resetten werd het water weer even warm. Dit is doorgegeven, maar op ons bericht is niet gereageerd.

Pro: Местоположението е чудесно, навсякъде се движихме пеш. Чисто, удобно и всякаква посуда

Contro: Матраците са неудобни. Душа пуска рязко гореща и после студена вода, но това е от бойлера. Липсват елементарни подправки-сол, захар , олио , кафе
