Pro: Just as described. Clean, well equipped. Two sleeping areas bedroom and leavingroom. The sofa bed was so comfortable! Air-conditioning and the lift was a God sent. Bonus washer machine on balcony. Great stay. Highly recommend. The location is working class families and the tram is just a block away. Easy to get into the centre of town. Wished I realised how easy it was to get there before paying for a taxi. But hopefully someone reading this can benefit.

Contro: The lift is old and quite small. I was grateful for it, however.

Pro: The apartment was clean, tidy, and comfortable in every way. All the appliances are available and working just fine. There was even a welcome bag waiting for us when we arrived. Everything was perfect!

Contro: Though the location of the house is not at all far from the metropolitan center of Florence, the area it is in is somewhat empty. The shops open late and close early and there's barely anywhere to get groceries if you get in late.

Pro: Sehr geräumiges und modernes Appartment. Besonders die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Mit der Tram ist man schnell im Stadtzentrum. Supermärkte und Cafés sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Contro: Der Balkon könnte etwas aufgehübscht werden.
