Vasari Florence Apartment - Near SMN Station

Pro: The apartment is near the railway station with walking distance to the centre. The apartment discription and photos are accurate and bringing the full picture. The owner is very friendly and give you a lot of usefull tips.

Contro: The apartment is in the old building with all problems of the old building ( cleanness , smell, surrounding, stairs....) . If you prefer the modern type of apartments this place is no for you...

Nice apartment near train station and close to Florence.

Pro: The apartment was in a great location - very close to the train station and walking distance to all the major sites. It was great to have a kitchen and the kitchen was well equipped. It is a decent sized studio apartment and nice to have a table and chairs. Also really loved having a washing machine.

Contro: There is no lift and two flights of stairs to climb which is hard with luggage. Also the apartment was not serviced so our towels didn’t get changed.

Very good place to stay and in a central location.

Pro: This was the most lovely small apartment. The perfect place for 2 people with all the room and facilities you would need. This would be perfect for a short stay or a longer stay. Our host Romano was very kind and helpful

Would stay again when visiting.

Pro: Owner met us to give us the keys. very close to the train station. a great location to walk the city.

Contro: no elevator for suit cases.

Completo apartamento en la estación

Pro: Esta muy bien ubicado al lado de la estación de trenes y, cerca tiene supermercados, panaderías y restaurantes El apartamento está cuidado y es bastante cómodo. Tiene vasos, platos, cazuelas y sartenes por si quieres cocinar algo. La cama muy cómoda y el baño bastante nuevo..

Contro: Lo único a tener en cuenta es que no tiene ascensor, por si es importante para alguien.

I'd stay there again

Pro: It was a bit farther away from the museums than I thought, but conveniently close to the train station, which makes arrival and departure very simple and convenient. I did a couple of side trips from there by train and it was quite easy. Key pickup was complicated only due to an issue the owner had with his car. I ended up having to wait in the restaurant next door, which worked out because they have a excellent fixed priced lunch menu. At one point the boiler for hot water failed, and it was replaced within a few hours while I was out in town.

Gut geeignet für einen Kurztrip in Florenz

Pro: Das Apartment liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Ein Supermarkt ist um die Ecke, Bäckerei sowie Lokale und Bars. Der Gastgeber Romano ist sehr freundlich, und hat uns gute Restaurant Tipps gegeben. Man kann die Stadt von hier zu Fuß erkunden.

Contro: Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der 2. Etage über einem Imbiss-Restaurant. Die eigentlich ruhige Lage zum Innenhof (Apartment A) hat den Nachteil, dass die Abluft der Küche heraufzieht. Man muss also ein bisschen gucken, wann man die Fenster öffnet.

Good stay, with all equipment needed

Pro: I liked that it had coffee maker, towels for all, bed was comfy and it also had a washer, the bathroom looks really clean and has everything you need to stay even for 5 days or more

Contro: They charge you if you check in after 8 pm because there is no self check in and also the area is not suuper safe at night so be aware of your belongings and you.

Ubicación fantastica pero algo sucio

Pro: Ubicación perfecta. Se debería cambiar en google maps ya que te deja unas porterias de distancia, hay dos numeros 53 en la calle.

Contro: La limpieza dejaba un poco que desear, suelo sucio con pelos en el baño y sin trapos para limpiar la mesa.

Pro: La cercanía al centro histórico.Apartamento moderno y renovado con todo lo necesario.
