An an absolute gem in the heart of Florence
Pro: What an amazing hidden gem in the centre of Florence. Situation in a quiet narrow street, this apartment is only seconds away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. The Pitti Piazza is nearby, plenty of cafes, restaurants shops and a supermarket. The apartment is spacious, clean and well appointed - good air conditioning and window shutters meant it was still easy to maintain a cool environment despite it being 37 degrees outside. Fast broadband, Sky TV and a comfortable living area make it a pleasant place to be. The kitchen is good, lots of coffee to hand and a good shower and bathroom. Bedrooms are a good size too with plenty of storage and lots of power points right where you need them. The block was nice and quiet during the night as well. The hosts were very helpful and informative, particularly Ruel who always responded quickly to any queries. Would really recommend and we will certainly be back again.
Contro: There was nothing to dislike about this property!

Excellent family accommodation in an excellent location
Pro: Excellent location, 2 mins from Ponte Vecchio and many great shops and restaurants near by, but also v peaceful and quiet. The apartment is very well equipped and was ideal for us as a family - 2 adults and 2 teens (having the separate sleeping space for the teens was v useful). Random, but I also liked there are shopping bags there to use.
Contro: Being super picky the sofa is very uncomfortable. Sofa beds always are as sofas, but this felt like you were sitting on a wooden box. The only reason I highlight this is that when you are in Florence you walk ALOT so having somewhere comfy at the end of the day would be preferred, particularly as I have a knee issue, but I am really being picky because everything else was fab.

Had a fantastic time, wouldn’t hesitate recommending to others or returning ourselves 5 star!!’
Pro: The property was very spacious, very clean with great comfy beds. Perfect location with some great restaurants nearby, Piazza di Spirito being one of areas for eating.
Contro: Because it was warm and we had the windows open in the evening it was a little noisy but to be expected from a city location. We found the sofa uncomfortable

A clean and safe apartment on the south side of the Arno River, close to the Ponte Vecchio Bridge
Pro: I like the location, and in fact stayed in the apartment back in 2018. The apartment is of good size and easily accommodates two couples with room to spare. The neighborhood is good and features a good grocery store and a nearby metro bus stop. There are several nice restaurants in the neighborhood, and the area is safe. There is an elevator to support moving luggage up and down the several floors to the unit. The kitchen is well appointed and large enough fro two couples to dine.
Contro: The unit had changed little from my previous stay, except it no longer had a clothes dryer. The road access is a bit steep; however, manageable with wheeled luggage. The furniture in the living room area is quite hard and not comfortable.

Pro: The appointments and location were fantastic!! Ot was an absolutely great place for three people/friends to share. All attractions/ locations/ transportation were easily accessible from the apartment. There are many many food, shopping, and attractions options in short walking distances. [Tip: if possible make reservations for any of the small restaurants you want to eat in!] Dont forget to bring the city tax that needs to be paid and your passports presented and copied upon check in. We would definitely rent this apartment again and highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed.
Contro: That we had to leave!! One thing to remember, there are no window screens, so if you leave the windows open, don't forget your mosquito repellent!
