Appartamento Boho chic

Pro: le chiavi erano nel locker e tutto è andato come previsto. L'appartamento è molto bello, ben curato soprattutto cucina e bagno, molto moderno. Forse leggermente spostato se ti va di camminare, ma 20 min e sei in città ed è collegato benissimo con il T2 (se non ricordo male).

Contro: Purtroppo la macchinetta del caffè non funzionava (Firenze è bellissima, meglio prenderlo fuori il caffè :)), ma è l'unico dettaglio trascurabile, per il resto tutto ok!

Un piacevole soggiorno lampo!

Pro: Andrea molto disponibile per venire incontro ad ogni esigenza, casa pulita ed adatta per soggiorni di medio-breve durata. Casa molto silenziosa ed accogliente. Check in e check out flessibili in base alle disponibilità della casa. Prezzo molto competitivo.

Contro: Materassi da migliorare, un po' troppo morbidi. Le TV fanno il loro dovere ma sono un po' lente nel caricamento (Android TV).

Nice stay

Pro: 1. The apartment is decorated with taste. 2. It's comfortable, clean and soothing. 3. Near the T2 tram station, which makes it easy to go downtown. 4. A great restaurant and a gelato/chocolate shop in the back alley.

Contro: 1. The wall and window is thin, as I can hear all the noise made by next door and upstairs neighbors. The two rooms are facing a busy street so there is also the noise from the vehicles. But I heard that it's worse in the city center. 2. Only small bodegas in the neighborhood, the nearest Lidl is 15 minutes away on foot. But in all it's a nice place to stay. I'd like to come back if I visit Florence again. Remember to prepare a photo of passport to send to the owner.

Overall good stay.

Pro: The home is cosy, spacious and nicely clean. Host is communicative and quick in response albeit slightly curt. Apartment has a nice kitchen, with everything you need should you decide to eat/ cook and stay in. Wonderful air conditioning for summer, and comfortable beds. Check in and check out was easy, no fuss. Although located slightly out of the Central Area, it is about 3mins walk from the Redi tram station which easily takes you to the Unita (central Firenze). There’s a really nice restaurant TECUM about 5-8mins. Overall good stay and would recommend.

Contro: - Limited coffee capsules (x2) despite our 3day stay. - Shower drainage was slow and each time we showered, water would seep over the shower platform and all over the bathroom floors. Hopefully it’s fixed by now.

Pro: Kitchen, bathroom, aircon. Good location for city centre and local shops.

Contro: Beds a little firm. No curtain in 2nd bedroom to block light. Patio door to balcony did not close properly and had gap at the bottom, which let insects in, such as mosquitos. Busy road outside which was quite noisy.

Pro: Modern and spacious Nice beds Cool neighbourhood

Pro: Great experience here, our host was super communicative and helpful, let us drop our bags off in the morning and arranged keys with no fuss. Apartment is lovely and well furnished and decorated with coffee provided. It is just across the road from the tram to the train station and into town which was very convienient and a restaurant and supermarket are just down the road.

Contro: The curtains in the second bedroom let in quite a lot of light at night.

Perfect experience!

Pro: Beautiful, charming and spacious apartment! Incredible value for money. During our trip we stayed in 3 apartments in Florence and this one was by far our favourite! The hosts have really paid attention to details, extremely comfortable beds, quality linen and towels, a well-equipped kitchen, the apartment was impeccably clean, air conditioners in every room and a lovely balcony. The location was perfect - an easy 10 minute ride on the tram (operates 5:30-22:00) to the main train station for day trips out of Florence, as well as very easy airport access on the tram (the tram station is only footsteps away). We found it much quieter than staying in the tourist hub downtown, so we could really rest after long days out. The hosts were welcoming, available for advice, and also accommodated us with an early check-in which was very helpful. I cannot say enough about this place, we seriously loved everything about it!

Pro: La ubicación perfecta a 2 minutos del tranvía 🚊 y al centro con el tranvía en 5 minutos llegas . La zona del apartamento muy tranquila y la chica de la casa muy atenta y todo tipo de facilidades .

Pro: Emplacement à deux pas du tramway et des commerces. A mi-chemin entre l'aéroport et la gare centrale. Agréable décoration. Salle de bains confortable.

Contro: La porte-fenêtre de la pièce principale ne fermait pas, le store également.
