Pro: Appartamento molto grande e spazioso, con parcheggio privato. Proprietario gentile e puntuale. Zona tranquilla con un minimarket poco distante e fermata dell'autobus 20 davanti alla struttura, che in circa 20 minuti ti porta in zona \

Contro: Materassi non molto comodi, pulizia migliorabile, specialmente in bagno ed in cucina.

Ottima esperienza

Pro: Appartamento come da descrizione, spaziosio, accogliente e molto pulito. Posizione ottima, vicino ospedale careggi, vicino alla tramvia per andare in centro. Sicuramente da ritornarci.

Contro: Un po rumoroso alla mattina presto per l'accensione della caldaia condominiale ma comunque sopportabile.

Pro: The location was great. The grocery store and a few restaurants were close by, and the bus stop was right in front of the property.

Good stay in Florance

Pro: Lorenzo welcomed us and explained about property, how to go to City central, things to do, etc. He is very helpful and responsive. He also booked a cab for us, as it required Italian. The apartment is slightly away from city Centrale, however bus stop is in front of the apartment and few minutes bus ride. Apartment is big with two bedrooms, drawing and dining room, kitchen, bathroom, etc. Decent and clean.

Contro: Distance from city centre, however we were aware of the distance at the time of booking.

Pro: Lorenzo had been an amazing host and his hospitality is outstanding. Always there whenever needed. Advice to what to visit for a local experience. As for the apartment, it over exceed our expectations as we were staying for 10 days. Amazing location, couple of steps from the door building to the bus stop, supermarkets and other necessities close by. 15 mins to central Florence by bus.

Pro: Von der Wohnung aus ist die Innenstadt in ca. 20 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Es gab die Möglichkeit, direkt vor dem Haus zu parken. Der Vermittler ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Hôte très sympa, appartement spacieux, fonctionnel et propre mais voisins du dessus très bruyants.

Pro: Lorenzo est très accueillant , son appartement est bien situé , on a pu trouver une place pour la voiture juste devant. Il nous a expliqué plein de choses sur comment se rendre en bus dans le centre, où se trouve le commerce de proximité...

Contro: Tout était très bien excepté les voisins du dessus très bruyants ( et la dame marche avec ses chaussures sur le carrelage dès le matin (7 h) et le soir. C'était la seule fausse note.

Muy cómodo

Pro: Muy grande! Cocina equipada y camas comodas. Muy acogedor y bien decorado. Fueron muy flexibles en poder hacer el check in antes de la hora designada. Me encantó fue esté en un primer piso

Contro: Nada

Pro: Locatie, busstop direct tegenover het appartement . Kleine supermarkt om de hoek. Ruim appartement met hoge plafonds.

Contro: Overdekte parkeerplaats, is erg smal.
