Pro: Bellissima struttura ristrutturata con molto gusto. Ampi spazi. Ideale per famiglie. Ottimamente servita dai mezzi. Plus...smart tv incluso Nextflix. Una volta rientrati la sera dopo aver visitato la città, selezionare un bel film è sicuramente un valore aggiunto.

Pro: The rooms were spacious and very clean. Nothing was left out, it was a very well equipped apartment. The hosts were very friendly and helped with details that are hard to come by online. Bus service is a few meters away and 10 minutes to the historic centre. And the hosts provided bus info, another helpful issue they helped with.

Pro: Valeriano and Sabrina were amazing. When we arrived we were welcomed with a small breakfast, the apartment was clean and there were toiletries in the bathroom. Valeriano even gave us tips on where to go, tours and explained everything on the map. The view from the bathroom was beautiful.

Lovely authentically Italian apartment just a 20 minutes walk from the centre of the city.

Pro: An authentic Italian apartment - the owners lived next door. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The host met us with the keys and showed us around the apartment and was very helpful. A lovely man.

Contro: The only thing I would say is that a mirror near to a socket would have been helpful for three women getting dressed and made up, doing hair etc..

Отличное место, вернулся бы ещё!

Pro: Это квартира которую сдает хозяин, живущий в соседней. Самая окраина Флоренции, но с очень удобным доступом: рядом автобусная остановка, автобусы ходят часто и в нужном направлении. Добираться от вокзала и до него просто и быстро. Окна выходят на тихую улицу. Напротив - частный парк. Рядом две пиццерии, готовят вкусно, для своих, а не как для туристов. В квартире все удобства. Стиральная и посудомоечная машины, что при длительном пребывании крайне удобно. Очень уютно. Хорошая мебель. Wi-Fi бесплатный.

Contro: Третий этаж, без лифта с очень крутой лестницей. Осторожно при спуске.

Pro: The property was very nice . It was very clean and provided a lot of amenities. It would be good to make this a base for your table if wanting to take day trips around Florence .

Contro: The steps were a lot . It is on the top floor so about 4 flights of steps .

Pro: Много добро местоположение, на 1 минута от спирка на автобуси, които за 10 минути ви откарват до центъра. Удобни спални. Голям и удобен хол/трапезария. В кухнята и банята има всякакви удобства. Любезни и отзивчиви домакини. Наблизо има малко бара и пицарии, където може да се вечеря.

Contro: Няма супермаркет на пешеходно разстояние наблизо, трябва да се носят покупките с автобус.
