Pro: Really loved how well the property is maintained. Loved staying in the centre of the city. As soon as you go down lots of cafés, restaurants and loved the vibe of the house and the location as well. Catherine was an amazing host who met us and clearly explained everything about the house.

Contro: There is no lift provision so we had to carry our suitcases to 2 levels. Catherine was very specific about the check out time and it was pretty early 10am compared to general checkout timings, so don’t feel that comfortable with the checkout timings.

Caterina is a wonderful host, the apartment was fully equipped and we had everything we needed !

Pro: Central location, within walking distance to all of the important sites.

Contro: A little loud at night being on a busy street but it was to be expected and didn’t take away from our vacation at all ! Noise machines help tremendously!!

Pro: В целом нам все понравилось . Квартира хорошая, а главное в самом центре. Приятная хозяйка Катерина. За исключением нескольких моментов .

Contro: Нас было 5 человек на три ночи , за эту стоимость можно положить не 4 капсулы для кофе , а хотя бы 5. Аналогично с чайными пакетиками . Во втором сан узле стоял стойкий запах неприятный и с этим нельзя было ничего не сделать.

Pro: Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean, well-organized, and exactly as shown in the photos—if not better. The location was perfect, both for transportation and nearby amenities. Katerina was very kind, attentive, and always ready to help. We truly felt at home and would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Localisation et appartement fantastique

Pro: La localisation est parfaite, a 300m des offices, l'appartement a beaucoup de charme avec une très belle hauteur sous plafond. Caterina a été très prévenante avec nous, nous écrivant presque chaque jour pour savoir si tout allait bien.

Contro: La chambre sur rue un 31 décembre au soir est très bruyante malgré le double vitrage : j'ai été bercé aux sons des chants italiens et pétards jusqu'à 5 heures du matin. Mais c'était un 31 décembre !

We LOVED our stay! Absolutely will be back - couldn't recommend this beautiful home enough!!!
