Pro: The layout was great. The bed was comfy. Has everything needed for a long stay. The location is great, 5 min walk from the piazza of Santa croce and walking up the street there are so many options for food, drinks and coffee.

Contro: Washing machine doesn't work well. A proper airconitioner would make the room even more comfortable.

Pro: Stunning apartment in the heart of Florence - you can't get better than this. We had an amazing weeks stay here celebrating our honeymoon! The interior design is spot on, the apartment is the perfect size and has ideal facilities. We really appreciated the coffee machine & washer. Bed is super comfortable, bathroom & shower is lovely, sofa a great size to relax on - everything was perfect. Location wise you can't really get much better... It was a short walk from the Duomo, but you can reach other \

Contro: We LOVED this place! And this didn't bother us but other guests may want to be aware: Upstairs neighbours can be slightly noisy but it didn't bother us at all - we thought it added to the charm! We spent a lot of time at the apartment and you could hear them practising piano in the early evening which was actually really nice. They did provide ear plugs on the bedside tables! You wont hear any street noise however, it was lovely and quiet even with windows open in the evening. If you are taller - the lofted bedroom area is quite low. We are 5ft7 and even we had to be careful not to hit our heads on the lower areas. But it makes the bedroom feel super cosy and we loved it!

Exactly what we needed at the time

Pro: My god the washing machine was a life saver! We are on our honeymoon and arrived here from our first stop in Venice. We appreciated the space, to just breathe inbetween the crazy amount of walking we did roaming around Florence. I loved the kitchen for when we brought back food. I loved the lounge and all the really cool stuff in the apartment.

Contro: I was fine with it but my husband is very tall and accidentally knocked his head a few times upstairs. This is not something that the property owner can control but the family upstairs love to drag their chairs and plays the piano at odd times. They did supply ear plugs for us to sleep, in staying that we slept very well! The shower, not matter what we did managed to get so much water in the floor.

Pro: Location was far from train station with bags. Recommend a taxi! But otherwise perfect. Great bakery and Ganzi restaurant was amazing. Put his card in the apartment

Contro: Tight upstairs! Just have someone meet visitors at the apt. Very noisy! The piano was beautiful but always movement around us.

Como en casa

Pro: Tiene todo para una estancia cómoda y el edificio a pesar de ser viejo, estancia en el centro, tiene elevador

Contro: El dormitorio tiene el techo bajo así que hay que cuidar los cabezazos

Lloc perfecte per quedar-se a Florència

Pro: Esta molt ben situat. A prop del centre històric per poder anar a tot arreu a peu, però prou lluny per poder disfutar de la ciutat auténtica.

Acá hay que quedarse!

Pro: Todo lo que pueda decir es poco. Increíble el departamento, amplio, limpio, con todas, pero todas las comodidades y con una ubicación increíble, que me permitió ir a todas partes a pie. La lavadora un súper salvavidas, así como la plancha. Muy amable la receptividad y ocupados de que todos los trámites se hicieran de forma correcta.

Muy bien, para recomendar.

Pro: Ubicación, decoración muy acogedor, instalaciones y servicios muy completos.

Contro: El ambiente cargado y el olor interior de los armarios roperos.

Pro: Tudo muito limpor e organizado e aconchegante. Fomos muito bem acolhidos.

Pro: Espace très agréable, grand, propre, le marché à côté est super. La gentillesse, l'accueil de nos hôtes TB Une jolie cuisine, un super salon, salle de bain très spacieuse et agréable. Tout fonctionne très bien. Situation dans Florence parfaite pour toutes les visites.

Contro: Nous ne sommes pas habitués au bruit des voitures. Nous avons mis des boules quies et tout allait mieux.
