Had a fabulous time in Florence. Apartment was clean & well located.
Pro: It was very conveniently located. Liked that each bedroom had an en suite. Very clean.
Contro: It would have been nice to have more sofa seating. It’s an apartment for 4 people, but only sofa seating for 2. The dining chairs were quite comfortable, but not as good as a sofa.

Pro: Apartamento en muy buena ubicación para ir andando a todos lados y no contar con tanto ruido. Da a un patio interior y se duerme bien. Las habitaciones geniales, con su baño cada una y con calefacción en todas las estancias
Contro: El sofá pequeño para 3 personas y no había tostadora. Todo lo demás estaba genial en el apartamento y cocina.

Pro: Location was good, host was helpful, and the kitchen was very well equipped
Contro: If I was to nitpick, the smaller bedroom has limited space to put your luggage but that cant really be helped. There is nowhere to put the toilet paper roll in that bathroom either. The towel holders are very small in both rooms, we could have used a hook or two more in addition

Pro: Résidence est dans une rue très calme, mais tout de même très proche de tout. La plupart des monuments à voir dans faute à Florence sont à moins de 15 minutes à pied, sans parler de la Piazza Santa Croce et sa basilique du même nom (à visiter, un bijou caché malgré son importance historique,) à un coin de rue. Plusieurs restaurants, cafés (Caffè Marco dans la Piazza Santa Croce à recommander) et supermarchés dans les environs, petit marché avec étals dans la Piazza Santa Croce. Dans l'appartement, une salle de bains avec douche pour chaque chambre nous a vraiment gâtés, en plus d'une troisième toilette au premier étage. Laveuse ET sécheuse, une rareté en Italie.
Contro: Il n'avait pas de savon dans la salle de bains du premier étage. Fallait juste aller dans la cuisine à côté pour se laver les mains, quoi. Les pattes de chaises de la salle à manger seraient à renforcer.

Pro: Excelente departamento para una familia de 4 personas, con cocina y lavandería muy bien equipadas.
Contro: El departamento no estaba limpio cuando hicimos el check in. Aunque si nos respondieron e hicieron la limpieza el mismo día, ver todo sucio nos dejo una mala impresión. Por esta razón no les doy un 10 de calificación.

Perfect spot tucked away from it all, but in the heart of it all.
Pro: This place was perfect- it was just outside the touristy section but a quick 5 minute walk brings you into the heart of it. If you walk the opposite direction, it's quieter and a more local feel. Santa Croce cathedral is a block away. The place itself was comfortable and I'd say a little better than the photos depict. Plenty of space for the 3 of us that stayed, and easily a 4th (especially given the 2.5 bathrooms). The person meeting us for keys was patient with a bit of delay on our end and was super helpful with any questions we had.
Contro: The dryer wasn't working but we didn't discover it til the last day, so couldn't get it resolved in time. The seating in the living room area is small but if you are in Florence, please don't spend your time on the couch (plus there is plenty of additional seating in the dining area just a few steps away).

Wonderful property to stay at in Florence!!
Pro: Loved the layout of the place, lots of room, 2 separate bedrooms and having 2 1/2 bathrooms was wonderful!!! Clean, great location!! Excellent value for your money! Would stay again!
Contro: Wish beds were more comfortable and that hand soap was provided in the one full bathroom along with the 1/2 bathroom downstairs. Wished there were hand towels or paper towels for the kitchen.
