Pro: A very comfortable, affordable stay, right in the heart of Florence.

Perfect location, spacious apartment

Pro: Perfect location, perfect host, and spacious apartment. Miki was amazing, helped with check in, areas of interest and restaurants..even booked out taxi to the trian station as we had many suitcases. It's a short walk (14 minutes) from the train station but we had lots of bags. The apartment is great value for money and literally meters from the Duomo. Check-in was also easy. There were 4 of us, and we each had a gown and plenty towels. Very attentive.

Contro: The shower is very small but everything else made up for it, honestly.

A metros de Sta María dei Fiore y en un calle con muchos lugares para a comer y hacer compras El departamento es muy cómodo y tiene una vista interna muy linda y pintoresca de Firenze.Esta muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario y la anfitriona Miki ha sido muy amable y nos ha hecho múltiples recomendaciones de lugares para visitar y conocer la ciudad Muy recomendable!

Schöne Unterkunft im Herzen Florenz

Pro: Die Kommunikativ lief problemlos über Whatsapp. Unsere Gastgeberin war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Der Dom war keine 5 Minuten entfernt. Es gab verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars.

Quiet apartment in a most delightful location, with all useful amenities and very responsive host.

Pro: The apt. was exactly as described: quiet, with a beautiful garden view, in a superb location for walking to well-known sites in Florence, and with a wonderful and responsive host, Miki.

Contro: For those who use stairs, the stairway to the apartment is very dark even in mid-day with no obvious light switch! Thankfully the lift for the building works very well-- skip the stairs.

We would stay here again, thank you!

Pro: L’emplacement à 2 pas du duomo est parfait. L’appartement est bien équipé

Contro: Quelques petites imperfections (interrupteurs cassés, lunette des toilettes abîmée). Beaucoup de moustiques (mais on nous mets à disposition des prises pour les faire fuir, très belle intention, merci)

Great place to stay, I highly recommend it.

Pro: This is a great location with a small supermarket across the street. Elly provided very good information about places to see, food recommendations, etc.

Contro: I do not like to boil water for tea/coffee in microwave. I asked for small tea kettle or Turkish cezve (small pot) but it did not happen. Apartment has a lot of mosquitos which ruined all our nights. Unfortunately, I did not notify Elly about this problem. She has special mosquitos machine for indoor using.

Pro: The location was great....close by and easy walkable access to train station, central market, Duomo, museums, etc., but not in the middle of the tourist crowds. Clean, bright apartment.
