Pro: Appartamento spazioso, luminoso , condominio silenzioso.

Pro: Check-in molto comodo soprattutto per chi arriva a Firenze con il treno. Le dimensioni dell'alloggio sono generose per 1/2 persone. Molto silenzioso, letto comodo. Stanza molto calda, acqua calda perfetta.

Contro: Il bagno risente un po' degli anni ma è comunque comodo e funzionale.

Pro: Appartamento spazioso molto confortevole, tutto il necessario ben tenuto

Contro: Le pentole non erano utilizzabili, il frigo non va la luce e il termostato per il riscaldamento non funzionava bene

Pro: Appartamento perfetto, pulizia impeccabile, comodità, tutti gli elettrodomestici compresi lavastoviglie e lavatrice con detersivi di altissima qualità. Disponibilità, cordialità ed efficienza incredibili di Alex, l'host. Posto incantevole: a un minuto dal parco delle Cascine, via fresca e silenziosa, a pochi metri bistrò fiorentino doc con prezzi e quantità imbattibili, ad una decina di metri dalle biciclette a noleggio che permettono di arrivare in centro storico in pochi minuti. Soggiorno perfetto. Consigliatissimo.

Perfect for young couples

Pro: The procedure for accessing the key, the host's attention, who answered the phone very quickly when we called, and the room itself.

Contro: Maybe it was the distance, and there weren't many trams nearby, but we didn't mind walking at all.

Nice apartment for prolonged stay

Pro: Host left clear instructions on how to get keys. Keys were close to the train station. There is a city bus route that goes straight to the street where the property is so you don't have to carry luggage. Clean and roomy place. Very nice table and chairs and plenty of seating. The washing machine really helped a lot.

Contro: Said it had a microwave; couldn't find it. Couldn't get the warm water to work but that might be my problem. This is more of a studio apartment than a \

Pro: Μεγάλο δωμάτιο άνετο σε ήσυχη γειτονιά και με την στάση του λεωφορείου πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι. Επίσης είχε και ηλεκτρικά ποδήλατα κάτω από το σπίτι που μπορούσες να ενοικιάσεις.

Contro: Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι ήταν μακριά από το κέντρο και επίσης πρέπει τα κλειδιά για το διαμέρισμα να τα πάρεις από διαφορετικό μέρος που μεταξύ τους έχουν μια απόσταση.
