Perfectly located, spacious flat

Pro: Perfect location, very comfortable bed, lots of space. The owner is super nice and always around to help. It’s a quiet area but still walkable from city centre. The tram to train station and airport is 2min away.

Contro: A bit of a weird smell in the bathroom some afternoons, just keep the windows closed.

Lovely place!

Pro: The host was lovely! We don’t speak much Italian but we somehow managed to communicate well with him. The location was great and so were the facilities, the apartment was spacious and very secure. The cooking facilities, hairdryer & air-con all worked very well. Public transport was easily accessible.

Contro: The shower was 1m x 1m (if that) - the smallest we’ve ever seen which I’m very surprised wasn’t ever mentioned in previous reviews. The apartment is situated in a courtyard style setting which meant it was noisy every now and again from neighbours but that’s nothing to do with the host.

Excellent location, confortable and convenient

Pro: It includes the whole house: 1 bedroom, kitchen, lounge and bathroom. You can use the kitchen, which is convenient to save some money. Also, it has access to two patios shared with neighbours where you can dry clothes if you use the washing machine. It is possible to leave the house through the back door, which allows access to and from the other side of the building. The location is brilliant! Only a 20-minute walk to Piazza del Duomo. The bus stop is literally in front of the entrance to the building, and the tram station is only a 2-minute walk away. The host, Paolo, is really nice and gentle. He explains everything (in Italian) and leaves food and snacks, as well as providing cleaning products. There is also a supermarket only 5 minutes walk in case you want something. It is convenient and comfortable. Excellent host. Highly recommended.

Contro: It doesn't have a microwave. At least during our stay, the oven was not working, but we managed.

Amazing location and a nice place to stay while in Firenze!

Pro: Very close to the city center. Everything including main attractions and grocery shops were just few steps away.

Quelques rectifications techniques à faire et ce sera parfait.

Pro: Appartement très agréable sur bien des aspects, petite cour bien jolie et logement pas éloigné du centre si on se donne la peine de marcher un petit peu, ce que nous avons fait très facilement. La chambre est bien agréable, et le lit de 180 avec un excellent matelas est un plus très appréciable. Le cadre est sympathique, notre intervenant vraiment super et très avenant.

Contro: La cuisine n'était pas évidente par manque de materiel. La douche est ultra minimaliste par son étroitesse, ce qui s'est révélé un peu pénible. Nous ne sommes jamais allé dans le salon pendant tout notre séjour. La \

Pro: Ens van rebre per donar-nos les claus. Súper amable i atent. Durant l'estada ens va preguntar si necessitàvem alguna cosa. L'apartament és fantàstic, espaiós, bonic i còmode. Molt ben situat. Prop del centre per anar caminant però amb transport públic també al costat. El barri és molt agradable, amb cafeteries, restaurants i supermercats.

Contro: La dutxa és petita i estreta però es compensa amb tota la resta!

Casa com excelente localização

Pro: Ótima recepção, casa bem localizada, limpa e espaçosa. Super recomendo. Único ponto de melhoria seria o Wi-Fi que é lento.
