Vacanza meravigliosa
Pro: È stato tutto perfetto!! All'arrivo abbiamo incontrato il proprietario Alberto,gentilissimo e cordiale che,ci ha fornito tutte le notizie sulla struttura,su come spostarci e di ciò che avremmo trovato nei dintorni.L'appartamento è delizioso, comodo ,pulito,ordinato e completo di tutto il necessario sia per la cucina, che per il bagno e per le camere che ,tra l'altro sono molto confortevoli. Tutto a breve distanza dal centro che, si raggiunge facilmente con i mezzi pubblici,con i quali ci siamo spostati per scoprire e conoscere al meglio tutte le bellezze di una meravigliosa Firenze.

Spacious, well equipped, need some cleaning.
Pro: The apartment has everything. We drove from Rome to this apartment and arrived after midnight. Francesco came to give us the keys and let us into the apartment. They charged some extra for late check-in, but the process and communciation was very smooth. Francesco was very friendly and communicative. He was always available for everything we needed. There was free parking available less than 2 mins walk from the apartment. The kitchen is well equiped and the washing machine and dishwasher are a blessing.
Contro: (1) The sofas need to be deep cleaned as they are old and they are dusty. I could not sit in the living room because of allergies from dust. As we were out most of the time, this was not a big issue. (2) The WiFi is very bad, the speeds were less than 1Mbps and this in today's age is un-acceptable. I could not made voice calls on Whatsapp over the Wifi! (3) As the apartment is on the top floor, it gets hot, but the AC does a decent job to keep the temperature down. There were also some mosquitoes in the apartment, mostly around the sofa. It was fun to use the mosquito squatter. (4) The apartment was a 12 min walk to the tram/bus stop. It was fun to do the walk, but after a week we started getting bored of it. But if you are driving more, there is good connection to the highways.

Pro: Quiet area, a Lidl shop nearby, tram and buses whitin 5 or 10 minutes walk.. Good quality kitchen items, has a washing machine, 3 balconies.

Pro: The apartment ist very nice and comfortable, with two bathrooms, a very well equipped kitchen and 2 balconies. The apartment is on the 2nd Floor so be prepared to climb stairs. The landlady ist very friendly and helpful. Take the tram to the City Center, a ride of approx 15 min. Very nice neighbourhood. Good shopping facilities (supermarket) nearby. We really enjoyed our time there.

Pro: המארח היה חביב והשתדל מאד לסייע לנו. חניה קרובה נוחה.
Contro: 39 מדרגות לדירה. הסלון חשוך. חסרה מאד תאורה ומנורת קריאה. החדר לא היה מוכן בזמן.

Buena opción si tu plan es moverte en coche
Pro: Es un apartamento completo formado por el ático del edificio. El barrio es tranquilo y no hay ruidos que te despierten por la noche. Tener dos baños es un plus. Te acerca a la vida diaria de los florentinos. Tiene un par de terrazas disfrutables, aunque nosostros no las llegamos a usar
Contro: El apartamento está en una zona residencial de Florencia, alejado del centro, al que se llega a traves de una caminata de unos 10 minutos hasta el tranvia. Eso se acaba haciendo pesado si estás varios dias. En cambio si tu plan es alquilar un coche, tienes aparcamiento facil cerca del piso. Los mosquitos son un problema a pesar de los esfuerzos del propietario. Hay mosquiteras en toda la casa y aun asi es dificil pasar la noche sin un par de picaduras. Hay que reconocer que el propietario hace todo lo posible por evitar este problema Las toallas eras viejas, muy viejas, en eso debe mejorar. Eche de menos algún electrodoméstico básico (Tostadora) Para entrar atraviesas el jardin de otro propietario. Si bien es cierto, nosotros en cinco dias nunca llegamos a verle.

Pro: Der Vermieter hat sichergestellt, dass bei unser Ankunft die Tür pe4sönlich geöffnet wurde. Auch die persönliche Begrüßung incl. erster Tips war super. Das Apartment hat eine Vollausstattung und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sogar an eine Flasche Rotwein zur Begrüßung wurde gedacht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, hier Lidl, sind fussläufig in der Nähe. Ebenso die Haltestelle der Straßenbahn.

It was very quaint, quiet, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place!
Pro: It was about a 5-7 minute walk to the nearest tram station, which is convenient for getting to the city center. Loved that you were able to cook and do laundry. There were two bathrooms which was also nice.
Contro: There is only one grocery store that is close to the apartment so do not expect to find any restaurants or food near. There is no dryer so all the clothes have to be hung up to air dry. Also, you can only run the dish washer when the air conditioner is off. Since I am a taller person, the ceilings were quite low and angled so be prepared to duck if you are 6 feet or above.
