Santa Croce Cozy Duplex

Pro: Duplex accogliente, biancheria pulita e centro facilmente raggiungibile in zona tranquilla anche la sera. Ci ha accolto un ragazzo gentilissimo e disponibile.

Contro: Il bagno piuttosto piccolo senza finestra o ventola. Accesso all'appartamento tramite scale a chiocciola.

Appartamento in centro molto carino e pulito. Buon rapporto qualità’/prezzo

Pro: Posizione centrale proprio dietro Santa Croce, molto silenziosa , piccola ma accogliente e pulita. Dotata di tutto. Buon rapporto qualità’/prezzo. Molto gentile il ragazzo dell’agenzia che ci ha dato le chiavi e spiegato tutto. Dietro casa un comodo Carrefour aperto fino alle 11pm

Pro: The location was great, the accommodation was clean with a well-equipped kitchen. The employees of the company that accommodated us were absolutely great. They were helpful and did what they promised. We were satisfied.

Lovely spacious apartment, very close to all amenities and sights. Great!

Pro: The apartment was very spacious and well appointed, with a separate kitchen, fully stocked with plates, dishes, cutlery, full size fridge, sink, etc. big lounge diner with comfy sofa, TV, dining set,etc. Up the stairs from there was a mezzanine floor with large double bed and small bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and large wardrobe. Security was good, it was shared site but we had a big security gate, inner courtyard then personal keys for our apartment. The young man who met us with the keys was very helpful and explained everything well. It was in a fantastic position just round the corner from the Piazza Santa Croce and all tourist spots no more than 15 minutes away. Don’t be put off by the street, it looks a bit shady but we found this was typical of all the old historic streets of Florence and we felt completely safe. There was also a Carrefour supermarket just round the corner which was fab for milk, etc.

Contro: The inner courtyard is unlit at night when we returned to our apartment and in pitch black it was hard not to trip over the watering hose. Also be aware that if you struggle to climb stairs the apartment is accessed via a narrow spiral staircase with no handrail. Our welcome guide kindly carried our cases up for us but doing it several times a day could be a problem if you are not very steady on your legs. We were fine and we are 73 so don’t be put off.

Pro: Parfait très bien situé et appartement probablement refait par un architecte. Tout est soigné !

Contro: Les toilettes à l’étage bon c’est un peu galère mais ça va avec le charme de l’appartement.

Nice stay, good value

Pro: Excellent location- easy walk to all the major sights, food options, coffeeshop. Spacious loft apartment, bath/shower is upstairs in loft bedroom. A/C worked well. Met agent to collect keys but we were early so had to wait 40 minutes. Bed upstairs is soft, but the pull out soft bed is firm.

Contro: Address is not exactly clear. Bed is slightly soft for my taste. Kitchen dish rack is broken (note on wall). A/C blows on your head in bed.

Charmant appartement au cœur du quartier historique

Pro: L'emplacement est top au cœur du quartier historique de Florence, et une décoration soignée. La literie est de bonne qualité, la propreté impeccable. Un supermarché à 50 mètres bien pratique, et une ribambelle de bonnes adresses à moins de 10 minutes (restaurants,cafés,glaces, souvenirs...) L'appartement est super confortable. Celui ou celle qui dort en bas devra tolérer des fenêtres non occultées et les WC sur la mezzanine. Attention accès par un escalier en colimaçon. Climatisation très appréciée et efficace.

Contro: Rien à signaler sur l'appartement Difficulté/impossibilité de se garer dans la zone ZTL, tarif préférentiel à 31€/j dans un parking privé à proximité, sinon gratuit la nuit hors ZTL (8h à 20h je crois)
