Cosy flat in the heart of Florence

Pro: La casa è meravigliosa. Arredata con amore. Noi ci siamo proprio sentiti a casa. La posizione è ottima. Il palazzo è bellissimo e ho trovato molto affascinante anche la scalinata, con dei gradini alti, ma caratteristici.Al nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto la necessità di anticipare il check-in, e ci sono venuti incontro senza problemi. Veramente persone gentili e accoglienti. Tutto perfetto veramente!!!! Grazie per il fantastico soggiorno.

Beautiful apartment in excellent location but three flights of stairs and fully virtual experience with the host.

Pro: It’s a beautiful apartment with everything thought about to make your stay a good one. Lovely layout and clean.

Contro: Everything was rather virtual. I was sent a link to check in with our passports requiring to be uploaded. This was not something I would have wanted and not chosen had I known. It was too late finding out when I did! It is 3+ floors up. Great if you are into your cardio. It was ok for us but something to think about when booking as no lifts. Again this should be made clear in their ad on booking.com. They have a lovely bed but could do with some better pillows. I found these quite hard.

Cozy is really the perfect word to describe this apartment

Pro: The apartment is beautiful, with everything you need for a long stay: a washing machine, kitchenware, good wifi, and smart TVs. The location is perfect, only a 10-minute walk from the train station and main historical sites in Florence, but in a very silent street. Ivana was very thoughtful before and during our stay.

Contro: As with any historic building in Italy, it has a lot of stairs. It wasn't a problem for us, but be aware if you have large suitcases or are traveling with older people.

Pro: Welk equipped, spacious, clean, quiet and a very accommodating owner.

Contro: a lor of steps to climb up to the apartemnt

Cozy flat in Florence

Pro: It was a lovely apartment with a washing machine and all of the amenities that we needed for our stay in Florence. The hosts went way beyond what we expected to offer information on local restaurants and museums. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Contro: The only downside was it didn't have an elevator, so pack lightly or work on your arm strength while you carry your luggage.

Pro: Muy lindo, cómodo y limpio. Está muy bien equipado. Excelente

Contro: Un poco más lejos de lo esperado. El sofá cama es pequeño.

Pro: lokalizacja w samym centrum miasta, mieszkanie urocze, urządzone z dbałością o szczegóły, właścicielka bardzo pomocna.

Contro: trzeba lepiej zorganizować proces odbierania kluczy. Do samego mieszkania klucze czekały w zakodowanej skrzynce, ale do kamienicy nie można się było dostać, trzeba było dzwonić do właścicielki i czekać na wpuszczenie.

Pro: Appartement spacieux, bien situé et très confortable

Pro: El apartamento es precioso, está decorado con muchísimo gusto y está muy cerca de todo. Los anfitriones son encantadores.

Pro: Met recht een cosy apartment! Heel comfortabel en schoon appartement, dichtbij het oude centrum. De host wachtte ons op en gaf ons ook nog fijne tips voor dingen te doen en superleuk restaurant in de buurt.
