Pro: Ottima posizione, pulizia impeccabile, adatto a più persone. Host gentilissima, al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare una bottiglia di vino e dei biglietti del pullman.

Large apartment and marvelous hospitality
Pro: The location is great, the city center and all the famous sightseeing are just 30-40 minutes by walk but far away from the busy and loud streets. Paola was so nice and she helped us a lot. She is well-prepared and has a solution/recommendation for everything. (She even prepared some bus tickets for us if we wanted to go out the first day!) Parking was so easy at the private garage and we could enjoy our visit knowing that the car was kept in safe and we did not have to stress on finding a parking lot in the area. The apartment is very large, cozy and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped and we liked that and the bathroom the most. Staying there is highly recommended!

Pro: Brand new and modernly renovated apartment with spacious space and indoor parking on site. The rooms are exactly the same as the photos online. Paola warmly welcomed us and provided detailed travel information. What touched me most was that she also prepared red wine, drinking water and bus tickets for us. Highly recommended!

Moderne, komfortabel ausgestattete Wohnung mit guter Erreichbarkeit des Stadtzentrums
Pro: Das Appartment liegt in einer guten Wohngegend auf der anderen Seite des Arno; die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Florenz sind jedoch mit dem Linienbus in wenigen Minuten erreichbar (Fußmarsch zur Haltestelle ca. 5 Minuten, dann z.B. ca. 10 Minuten Fahrt zu den Uffizien). Die Gastgeberin, Paola, ist sehr hilfsbereit, immer ansprechbar und hat viele gute Tipps für Restaurants in der Nähe der Unterkunft und in der Innenstadt parat. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und modern eingerichtet, auch die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, um am Abend gegebenenfalls selbst kochen zu können. Wir hatten uns am Ende für die Anfahrt per Zug und nicht mit dem Auto entschieden, so dass wir die vorhandene Garage nicht nutzen konnten; ich glaube aber, dass vor dem Hintergrund der Sperrung der Innenstadt für den Autoverkehr diese Parkmöglichkeit ein großer Vorteil für mit dem eigenen oder gemieteten Fahrzeug Anreisende ist.
Contro: Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Dias de ensueño en Florencia
Pro: Todo nos encanto. La anfitriona, es por lejos un encanto. Desde el primer momento en que reservamos , estuvo a nuestra disposicion para entregarnos informacion por lo que pudieramos necesitar para llegar. Nos dejo tickets de regalo para poder trasladarnos la 1era vez. 1 vino de cortesia. El aire acondicionado, maravilloso y se agradece en temporada alta de calor, era llegar al cielo luego de pasear durante el dia. La ubicacion es excelente, tiene facil acceso a transporte publico. Muchos lugares entretenidos para pasear, la anfitriona, tenia un mapa donde nos ubico con las diferentes alternativas de paseos. Ha sido un agrado haber conocido este lugar, 10 de 10 .
Contro: Ufff tanto calor en Europa. Por lo demás nuestra estadia en Florencia estuvo perfecta para toda la familia. Gracias sinceramente por toda la amable atencion que recibimos.

Pro: Labai patiko apartamentai, nes tikrai erdvūs, švarūs, yra visa reikalinga įranga, vidinis sodelis. Labai gera vieta - aplink yra parduotuvėlių, kepyklėlių, autobusų stotelė. Iki centro - 25 min. pėsčiomis arba vos kelios stotelės autobusu. Labai rūpestinga apartamentų šeimininkė. Mus pasitiko ir padėjo įvažiuoti į garažą, viską papasakojo, paaiškino. Be to, yra paruošusi informaciją apie tai, kur pavalgyti, kur apsipirkti, ką pamatyti, kaip nuvažiuoti, net bilietėlių paliko. Ačiū už svetingumą!
