Pro: Everything was modern and fresh. Location was excellent.

Contro: The are about 5 flights of stairs to climb. There is a bar/pub about 30 metres from the apartment. The sound insulation is not the greatest and you will be able to hear loud partying until about 1-3am most nights. Bring ear plugs. The person managing our key pickup/check-in required the city tax to be paid upon arrival in cash. The booking description indicated \

Location was amazing! Cute flat that met all our needs for a weekend getaway. Would recommend!

Pro: Location was amazing! The flat was cute and clean, and provided all the comfort and necessities we needed for a quick weekend getaway.

Contro: We wished there would have been hand soap in the bathroom, as we had to walk over to the kitchen to wash our hands. It was great that there was a coffee machine, but we would have appreciated coffee to go in it.

Pro: The property was lovely and centrally situated. All pictures and description are correct.

Contro: The stairs to the 5th floor were difficult especially with luggage.

Pobyt nadzwyczajny i nezapomniany, jak mogłoby być zresztą inaczej we Florencji.

Pro: Lokalizacja fantastyczna w starej części Florencji. Do wszystkich atrakcji zaledwie kilka minut. Do stacji kolejowej Santa Maria Novella 20 minut. Cisza w pokoju, można było wypocząć po całym dniu zwiedzania. Klimatyzacja w mieszkaniu świetnie działająca i dająca ulgę przy upałach.

Contro: Brak ciepłej wody w łazience. Chociaż przy upałach, które panowały na zewnątrz, nie był to wielki problem. Mieszkanie znajduje się w starej kamienicy rzeczywiście na piątym piętrze bez windy, co nie jest przecież wielkim problemem, z wyjątkiem może osób starszych lub mających problemy z poruszaniem się.

Pro: Tolle, moderne kleine Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung (inkl. Waschmaschine+Spülmaschine). Perfekt für einen Städtetrip!

Contro: Der 5. Stock ist nach einem langen Sightseeing-Tag sehr weit

One of the best stays in our whole 7 city trip!

Pro: The location was amazing! Within walking distance of the major sights (less than ten minutes) The apartment was very clean and clearly recently renovated. It felt like home the few days we were there. The space in the apartment was ample enough for about 4 guests. Even the sofa bed was comfy!

Contro: The stairs were a bit of a pain but something we signed up for knowingly. It’s not the worst walk up that we’ve had though. The man who met us to hand over the keys helped with our heaviest bag so that was nice.
