Tornerei siicuramente per una vacanza in compagnia!
Pro: Appartamento stupendo! Spazioso: 4 camere matrimoniali e 2 bagni completi più un terzo bagno piccolino al primo piano. Ben arredato, accessoriato di tutto e di più. Posizione top
Contro: Forse la rumorosità nella notte, essendo un palazzo vecchio, gli infissi non tengono lontani i rumori della strada…

Prekrasan stan na izvrsnoj lokaciji
Pro: Jako lijep stan na izvrsnoj lokaciji. Većina najvažnijih sadržaja na jako maloj pješačkoj udaljenost. Blizina garaže za one koje dolaze automobilom. Stan je jako lijepo uređen, i ima sve sto vam moze zatrebati. Vlasnica je jako ljubazna, I na raspolaganju za sve informacije.Velika preporuka za ovaj stan, pogotovo za veću grupu, 8 osoba stane bez problema.
Contro: Sve je bilo izvrsno, jedino je pritisak vode bio slab ,i dvije od tri kupaonice su bas malene. Ali to zaista ne umanjuje izvrstan dojam. Također, čistačica bi mogla biti malo temeljnija kod čišćenja ispod i oko kreveta.

Beautiful place but too loud for me, would not stay again
Pro: Italian charm, good location, great customer service
Contro: I have never stayed somewhere as loud as this place. The amount of noise is unbelievable at night. We all slept poorly. If you stay here, definitely bring ear plugs. I would say they are mandatory. Also, the beds were very hard and not comfortable so the mattresses could use a topper.

Great apartment! Close to everything.
Pro: The property is in a great location that is close to everything! The host was very responsive and was in contact with me leading up to the stay. She provided restaurant suggestions as well as setting up transportation to the airport. There is everything you need furnished in the apartment and if it isn’t, feel free to contact the host.
Contro: The apartment was as described. The showers are small but this is expected in a much older apartment. The apartment has culture and style.

If I needed 4 bedrooms, I would use this gem again!
Pro: The property was in a prime location. Reasonable walk distance to everything. We didn’t need a car while staying. Beds were comfortable, apartment felt like the region with European charm and tall ceilings and doors. Also, washer and separate dryer were very much appreciated. Gaia, the host, was delightful.
Contro: The main floor bath was too tight—very small. It also had a sewer smell like a seal or pipe is leaking sewer gas and the fan didn’t run long enough-was on a timer. These need fixed. The place would benefit by adding a microwave. The key holes on both the door to the building and door to the apartment are too close to the door frame that our hands would scrape against the frame when opening the door. Just beware. The local garbage collection depot is across the street. The restaurants use it late at night and the banging of glass bottles against the walls of the collection boxes echo loudly. One other small suggestion is the contemporary couches are not so comfy, but we didn’t use them much.

Contro: No parking nearby (you have to walk for 4 minutes and give the garage to park the car for you. it took me 2 hours to get the car on the check-out day) the street is a bit noisy

Central Location is a Dream!
Pro: Our host met us at the entrance to the no-go driving zone to pick up our luggage and transport it to the apartment for us: we were thrilled! She bent over backwards to help us out with anything. The central location is fantastic as it made everything accessible to walk to. Having a clothes dryer is a huge plus when traveling and staying only for a short while. Would stay here again in a nanno second! Gaia also organised airport transportation for us. She is a host that wants your stay to be as perfect as possible.
Contro: The only thing to know is that while there are 3 bathrooms, which is fantastic, one of them is incredibly tiny, so be aware that a heavy person could not fit. We also found a few broken picture frames and one of the windows had broken glass. These are all cosmetic, fixable things and in no way affected the experience of staying here.

Pro: Ev çok çok güzel, ve çok temiz. 4 adet büyük oda, hepsinin icinde cift kisilik büyük yatak . 3 adet banyo. ( büyuk banyoda küvet var, diger iki banyodaki duş alanları biraz kücük) . Konum olarak çok merkezi, Duoma ya yürüyerek 7-8 dakika, Ponte Vecchio köprüsüne de 7-8 dakika. Oldukca güvenli bir yerde. Istediginiz her yere kolayca ulaşabilirsiniz. Otoparka yürüyerek 2 dakika. Gaia cok iyi bir ev sahibi, çok ilgili ve çok yardımsever. İlk geldigimiz gün televizyon calısmadı, kendisine televizyon seyretmeyecegiz dememize ragmen, aynı gün yeni bir televizyon alıp , kurulumunu yaptı. Her sorumuza hızlı cevap verdi, gidilecek görülecek yerler hakkında bilgilendirdi. Tekrar Floransa ya gelirsem kesinlikle aynı yerde kalırım.
