Soggiorno piacevole e staff molto disponibile
Pro: Spaziosa, possibilità di parcheggio, zona tranquilla.
Contro: Essendo l’appartamento mansardato, non è adatto a persone alte. Dalle foto non avevo valutato l’esatta altezza dei soffitti. Aggiungerei una luce sopra bollitore e macchina del caffè.

Pro: Appartamento molto bello, grande, pulito, con terrazza, doppi servizi, e a due passi dalla stazione Campo di Marte. La prossima volta che veniamo a Firenze proviamo ad alloggiare di nuovo da voi.
Contro: Suggerirei di mettere a disposizione qualche coperta in più negli armadi (poi magari c'erano e sono io che non le ho trovate :))

Pro: We really loved! The house is very well equipped with everything we needed. We did no expected to have such good accommodations! It’s also very well located. We really appreciate and recommend it. It’s a very good price quality rate!

Spacious Florentine base
Pro: Spacious, air conditioning was a must, very well equipped and could walk into central Florence within 25 minutes, quiet location
Contro: Terrace was noisy from the air conditioning outlet, distance to public was slightly longer than expected. Also couldn’t access garage on late night arrival

Spacious top floor apartment, good location.
Pro: This is the top floor of a 3 story building with no elevator. The apartment was enough for what we needed, well furnished with essentials. It is about 20-25 min on foot from the Duomo, streets are clean and walkable.
Contro: We were directed to use an underground hotel parking, but we were not provided with the stamped papers that the parking facility required from us in order to pay a discounted fee. We tried unsuccessfully to contact the landlord on the phone. The number was from Spain, nobody answered. We ended up paying double for the parking. This can probably easily be addressed for future renters if the necessary stamped papers are provided at check-in.

Schöne Dachwohnung
Pro: Sehr schöne Dachwohnung in guter Entfernung zum historischen Zentrum (fußläufig ca. 20-25 Minuten), gute Anbindung min verschiedenen Buslinien, kleiner Supermarkt mit frischen Backwaren und Lebensmitteln um die Ecke, gemütliche Schlafzimmer (aber z.T. niedrige Deckenhöhe wegen der Dachschräge), sehr gute Betten, schöne Dachterrasse, sehr gut ausgestattet.
Contro: Man muss etwas aufpassen, nicht zu viele elektrische Geräte gleichzeitig anzuschalten - bei Fön + Kaffeemaschine + Wasserkocher flog die Sicherung raus. Damit kann man sich aber arrangieren.

Casa Cosi was comfortable and clean and felt like home when returned from long days of sight seeing.
Pro: We liked the quirkiness of the apartment, from the exposed beams to the slanted ceilings. The beds were also firm and comfortable, making for an excellent nights sleep. There was a decently stocked kitchen allowing for us to make a few home cooked meals over the course of our week long stay.
Contro: The showers were small making it a little tricky to shower for the taller people in my family.

Lovely apartment in a quiet area that was still close to all the sights
Pro: Lovely home, very well stocked and maintained, we slept very well. The balcony is a nice space for eating outside. The air conditioning was fantastic during the hot summer days.

Pro: Check in foarte ușor, casa foarte curata, dotata cu absolut tot ce e necesar. Noua noastră iubire este Florenta. Revenim cu drag! Va multumim pentru minunata locuință!
