Appartamento con posto auto perfetto!!!

Pro: L'appartamento, completamente ristrutturato, si trova in una zona comodissima per raggiungere il centro con i mezzi, ma anche con una passeggiata un po' lunga è fattibile. Ci sono bar, ristoranti, anche da asporto, farmacia, negozi di vario genere. Comodissimo anche per raggiungere i locali sul lungarno. Il personale delle pulizie e dell'accoglienza super gentile e disponibile! Pulizia tra l'altro impeccabile! Molto comodo anche il fatto di avere il posto auto (nel mio caso coperto) nel cortile di casa, la zona non è a traffico limitato quindi si può raggiungere senza problemi. Visti i prezzi di altri appartamenti della zona e dei posteggi a pagamento, questa soluzione è assolutamente la più conveniente se si pensa di viaggiare in macchina. Se tornassi a Firenze penso che sceglierei ancora questa ottima sistemazione!

Clean, nice and modern renovated apartment in beautiful Firenze

Pro: Great 70’s building , but fully renovated apartment with big rooms nice kitchen and quiet environment! Parking and underground garage!

Contro: Small details, lift is small (1 person), exit to protected parking is only through underground garage , not practical but safe .

Pro: Everything was excellent; from the reservation and smooth check-in, to my arrival, every agreement we made, the communication during the stay, and even the communication during check-out. I travel a lot and spend a lot of time in Italy, but it is quite rare to find a host who communicates and cooperates in such a simple, professional, and pleasant way. I truly recommend this host and this accommodation.

Pro: Out host was lovely, we were stuck in a traffic and he checked us in a bit later than expected. Showed us a parking spot in the garage and explained everything perfectly. Apartment is in a quiet street, amazing trattoria few steps away and coffee shop across the street. About 15 minutes of a walk to the center.

Contro: Apartment was not cleaned properly, especially the bathroom. Four of us arrived and it was prepared only for two people. Cleaning lady arrived later and pulled the sofa out, yet left towels for only three people. Obvious wrong communication but for the price we expected a bit more.

Visiting Florence is always a good idea

Pro: We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation – the location, the spaciousness of the apartment, the cleanliness, and the parking. Everything was just as agreed. It was still at just the right distance from the old town, allowing our family to easily explore the beauty of Florence. Highly recommended!

Pro: L'appartement correspond à l'annonce, aucune (mauvaise) surprise. Convient à une famille de 4 personnes, le centre ville facilement joignable à pieds. Il possède un parking sécurisé dans la cour intérieure, accès par badge. Explications très complètes à l'arrivée par notre hôte .

Pro: Ingyenes parkolási lehetőség, az óváros nagy sétával elérhető, de a közeli buszmegállóból tömegközlekedéssel is könnyen el lehet jutni a belvárosba.

Contro: Jó lett volna tudni előre, hogy pontosan hol tudunk parkolni, és hol tudunk találkozni a szállásadóval. Kellemetlen volt a szűk és forgalmas utcában várakozni a szállásadóra. De aztán hamarosan minden rendeződött.
