A perfect blend of classic Roman charm and modern comfort

Pro: We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful two-floor apartment. Every room was en suite, which made it incredibly convenient for our family. The interior had a charming old Roman feel while still being modern, with bright lighting and air conditioning in every room. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, and the rooftop dining area was the absolute highlight - perfect for relaxing in the evening. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay in the heart of the city! Our host was very friendly and informative. He provided a guide regarding local sight seeing attractions as well as dining establishments :]

Amazing place, do yourself a favour and book it

Pro: The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and very clean. Lots of space for everybody. Really nice terrace. Very quiet street in a premium area. Extra towels and bedding, too. We had everything we needed, especially since we stayed 6 nights. Both bathrooms had hairdryers. We also had a washing machine and a dishwasher. The place was ready earlier than we said we needed it by 2 hours. The tv is equipped with netflix and prime and I think there were more, but I didn't check because we didn't really watch the tv that much. The host is also very nice, very easy to get a hold of, very helpful (has a document with places to go and where to find them). There is also an elevator, which is great. The front door can be accessed via the ring app, but they have two sets of keys anyway. I loved everything. I wish I never left. I miss it everyday. It was by far my favourite booking ever.

Contro: I have no complaints. If you want to use the living room as a living room, you can't if someone sleeps there, but the dining room is big enough, and you have the terrace as well, so really there is no need to stay there unless you want to use the tv.

Lovely penthouse: conveniently located, beautifully appointed, comfortable bedrooms, very welcoming.

Pro: We loved everything about this place. It was elegant, spacious, beautifully decorated, located in a quiet area and comfortable. It was perfect for our family trip!

Pro: Everything was perfect, few good restaurants around

Contro: It was 25 minutes walk from the center.. if you want to be close to the action I would suggest getting a place close

Pro: Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in einem klassischen Altbau im feudalen Stil. Schöner Blick über die Altstadt von Florenz von der Dachterrasse aus. Allerdings nur über eine steile Treppe zu erreichen, d.h. nur für mobile Menschen. Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen in 3 Zimmern. Zwei Bäder plus WC vorhanden. Der Weg in die Altstadt ist mit max. 10min schön kurz. Die Straßenbahn ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Gastgeber hat uns super freundlich empfangen und sich viel Zeit für uns genommen. Perfekter Einstieg in den Urlaub in Florenz. Es gibt ein digitales Handbuch mit Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants etc. Bei allen Fragen gab es innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Rückmeldung und immer gute Unterstützung.

A beautiful, quiet city-center apartment with stunning Duomo views—perfect for our family stay

Pro: We had a fantastic stay at this property. It’s perfectly located in the city center—close to everything, yet tucked away from the busy crowds, making it wonderfully quiet at night. The apartment itself was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, providing plenty of room and comfort for our family of six. The highlight was undoubtedly the terrace, offering stunning 360-degree views of the city skyline and the iconic Duomo—a truly unforgettable experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and would happily stay here again.

Pro: Excelente apartamento. Todo ha sido perfecto desde el principio, Gabriel nos recibió y nos entregó las llaves. Pendiente en todo momento, nos envió una guía muy útil de la ciudad y servicios cercanos. Ha sido muy amable. Nos encantó el detalle de la botella de vino de cortesía a la llegada. El apartamento perfecto, preciosa decoración, cada detalle cuidado al máximo, espacio suficiente, camas cómodas, temperatura adecuada. La cocina está totalmente equipada con un montón de menaje. cuenta con dos baños, cada uno con su ducha, y amenities y en la habitación-estudio de la parte de arriba hay un pequeño aseo también. La azotea increíble para pasar un rato disfrutando de sus vistas. Buena wifi y smart tv. Respecto a la ubicación, se encuentra a 10-15 minutos de agradable paseo al centro histórico y de la mayoría de sitios a visitar. Tranvía al aeropuerto justo al lado. Hay varios restaurantes y pizzerías en esa misma calle. En definitiva, super recomendable, repetiríamos sin duda.

Contro: Como sugerencia, decir que la Nespresso último modelo es genial (además hay cápsulas de cortesía), pero una vez se acaban, tuvimos que localizar una tienda oficial puesto que en el supermercado no encontramos ese tipo de cápsula. Estaría bien que hubiera una cafetera clásica también por si acaso.
