Beautiful apartment in beautiful city.

Pro: Very stylish, clean and comfortable and in a great location.

A good sized space in a great location easily walkable to everything.

Pro: This property is in a cute part of the Oltrarno neighbourhood with good restaurants, bakery and gelato on the doorstep. The apartment has been renovated very recently and is very clean with a nicely equipped kitchen and comfortable beds.

Contro: There was poor communication at check in but once resolved, communication was helpful and supportive.

Fantastisch comfortabel groot appartement in levendige hippe wijk met alles op loopafstand.

Pro: Het appartement is zeer royaal en erg rustig gelegen. De bedden zijn heel goed en het ontbreekt werkelijk aan niets! Een van mooiste appartementen waar we ooit verbleven. De locatie is ook werkelijk top. Op loopafstand van alle culturele bezienswaardigheden, winkels en horeca.

Contro: Niets!

Pro: Einrichtung war gut,Lage war gut,zu finden war es schlecht. Gibt ein zwei Hausnummer System

Contro: Es gab keinen zweiten Schlüssel,wir waren zu dritt,und haben nicht immer alles miteinander unternommen. Ein zweiter Schlüssel Satz wäre notwendig,bei vier Bewohnern

Gorgeous and large apartment in a great location with modern amenities.

Pro: Beautiful apartment in a great location. It is close, but not too close, to the bridge to cross over to the more tourist side of Florence and in the other direction within a block of Piazza Santo Spirito. The Boboli Gardens are also very nearby as well as a bus stop that could take you all over the city. The apartment itself is gorgeous with all-new modern design throughout. The beds, couch, and chairs are all comfortable, there's lots of space and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking meals and has a large refrigerator and freezer. The elevator was great and worked well. Watching the bell toll of Santo Spirito from the windows was a charming addition to our stay. Host company was responsive and helpful if needed.

Contro: There was construction in the apartment downstairs and the noise varied from non-existent to completely disrupting our sleep early two mornings out of seven. It is also worth noting that there are about 6 stairs inside the apartment between the main living space and the bedrooms and a short flight of stairs from the elevator to the apartment on the second level (in addition to the ones in the main foyer). They were not a problem for us physically, but since we were traveling with a small toddler, we had to make sure he was safe from going up and down the stairs inside the apartment.

Amazing apartment with an excellent host!

Pro: The apartment was extremely clean with beautifully designed and spacious rooms. The beds were super comfortable with pillow options for those who prefer soft or firm. The kitchen was well equipped with all the dishes and utensils we needed. The shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The apartment is in a perfect location with a grocery store nearby and a wide selection of restaurants in the neighborhood. The apartment was truly exceptional but what made it even more outstanding was the host Matteo. Thank you Matteo for all you did in going above and beyond our expectations. We have travelled a lot and stayed in many apartments around the world and by far you are the best host we’ve ever encountered! Your communication via WhatsApp was excellent and most helpful during our stay. Any request or question was answered promptly either through messaging or calls. We are especially grateful for all you did to make our stay 10 out of 10 stars! Simply the best!

Pro: كل شيء كان مثالي المساحة جدًا كبيره والغرفة نظيفة ومرتبه جدًا كما انه كان لطيف معنا للغاية وشرح لنا كل شيء ، انصح بهذه الشقه للعوائل او القروب تكفي الى ست اشخاص 😍 مكان مناسب و جديد وعصري جدًا من اجمل الاماكن التي سكنت بها واضافة رائعة لجمال المدينة ❤️❤️
