Great value with amazing views and location

Pro: The view and location were exceptional! Paola, the owner, is absolutely wonderful and so helpful. The apartment is truly set up like a home and is fully stocked with everything you may need. We loved having our morning coffee and evening aperitifs on the terrace!

How to know Florence while having a sanctuary to come home to.

Pro: It was wonderful to have large bedrooms after a long flight. Beautiful views and a great area to sit outside.

Contro: We didn’t stay longer.

Another gem in Florence

Pro: Absolutely Loved the property! It was exactly as advertised, if not better than advertised, which is so welcome these days! We sat on the terrace every day to soak up the view and listen to the church bells. The location is perfect. Every room was spacious and comfortable! The only heads up is if you are a light sleeper, there were a few nights when I could hear loud music and loud conversations in the early (!) morning hours. It wasn’t every night and it Would not stop me from staying there again!! I would just bring ear plugs, in case. Thank you Paola and Cosimo! We had a fantastic time!!

Would love to return on our next visit, if we are lucky enough that it is available.

A beautiful apartment with fantastic location in Florence!

Pro: We had an amazing week at Paola’s beautiful apartment! Fabulous, spacious, clean and updated! Paola was there to give us a warm welcome and go over the check in. She also provided a helpful folder of information, day trips, shopping, restaurants, etc. The balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the view of Florence and the Duomo were amazing. Perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or afternoon Spritz with a book. Plenty of space for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) to spread out, with two full bathrooms and enjoy the space after exploring the city. Location is incredible— short walk to the Duomo, 5 min from the train station (which is often a meeting point for day tours in surrounding Tuscany), east to access the entire city. The beds were amazing as well, which we greatly appreciated!
