A gem of a location, should be called “The best apartment to stay in Florence!”

Pro: The property was a short walk from the station and had been recently refurbished to a very high standard. The facilities were excellent, with a very nice comfortable double bed and a superb bathroom.

Contro: The property couldn’t have been better !

Wonderful apartment in a great location with amazing hosts.

Pro: The host, Stefano, is simply a wonderful man. So friendly, helpful, passionate about Florence and wanted to do all he could to ensure our stay was perfect. The apartment was great - we needed to be close to Florence SMN station, which is why we chose this property. The size is perfect for a few days in Florence, comfortable and spacious bedroom, adequately equipped kitchen, and I very much appreciated the lovely bottle of Tuscan red that Stefano left for us as a welcome gift! It's a lovely and easy 20 mins or so stroll to the Piazza del Duomo, and Stefano provides a map with recommended walks, restaurants and aperativo spots which we took advantage of. Highly recommended place to stay in this absolutely stunning city.

Perfect place and perfect host

Pro: The apartment was perfect and the host amazing. He greeted us on arrival and we were able to do an early check-in after our long flight. His directions were spot on and the apartment is conveniently located to explore all the best spots in Florence on foot. Even before our stay, he gave us excellent advice on restaurants and even assisted with reservations. He really goes the extra mile and all his recommendations really helped to make the most of our time in Florence.
