Pro: Very nice, bright apartment suitable for three people. Everything was very clean and well prepared for our stay. It’s easy to reach from the train station by tram, and the city center is about a 30-minute walk away. The neighborhood feels pleasant and safe, with cafés and grocery stores nearby. We especially liked Fuochi e fiamme — excellent pizza and open late. The living-room sofa converts into a large, comfortable bed, and the bed linen was clean and nice. The bathroom is cozy and convenient. The kitchen is functional and had basics like salt, sugar, and oil, plus enough dishes and good wine glasses. There were also Christmas decorations and even a decorated tree, which made the apartment feel especially welcoming. Check-in was contactless, clear, and quick. Overall, a very pleasant stay — thank you!
Contro: The kitchen has only one small window to the balcony, so it can feel a bit dark. Coffee capsules were provided but didn’t match the coffee machine. In December the apartment was rather cool, especially the tiled floors — slippers or warm socks are useful. We found a heater in the storage room, but it didn’t fully solve the issue.

Замечательная квартира, в которой по домашнему уютно .
Pro: Впечатления от квартиры самые позитивные! Общение с владельцами было очень приятным! Всегда на связи и откликались моментально на любые просьбы, доброжелательны и гостеприимны. Есть лифт! Квартира просторна и уютна, с двумя балконами. Кровать ( матрас) удобные ,белье и полотенца белоснежные ✨Большие шкафы. TV в каждой комнате. Полностью оборудованная кухня. Стиральная машина.. Всегда в душе горячая вода. В шаговой доступности и кафе (со свежайшей выпечкой и ароматным ristretto ) и супермаркет.
Contro: Такого нет. Но надо быть готовым зимой к холодной напольной плитке( иметь теплые тапочки) и теплую пижаму для сна( батареи на ночь выключают)

Pro: The apartment was very clean and had all the essentials, the host are very helpful with everything and the bed was the most comfortable warm one ever, i highly recommend it ❤️

Najlepsze mieszkanie w jakim byłem!
Pro: Najlepsze mieszkanie jakie kiedykolwiek wynajmowaliśmy! Czyste, zadbane, przestronne, a do tego piękne i niezwykle praktyczne. Wiele prostych udogodnień sprawiło, że pobyt w tym miejscu był rewelacyjny. Ponadto lokalizacja jest świetna, tramwaj blisko domu dojeżdża do Dworca w centrum miasta w kilka minut i kursuje bardzo często. Świetny kontakt z właścicielami mieszkania oraz wiele przydatnych informacji na miejscu. Czuć, że komuś zależy na tym miejscu i mam nadzieję, że tak pozostanie, bo pobyt tam to była naprawdę duża przyjemność! Na pewno postaramy się tam wrócić!

Ótimo lugar para ficar em Florença
Pro: Local muito bom e confortável. Não era numa região central da cidade mas tinha fácil acesso a transporte público. Comunicação boa até o momento do check-in, chegando lá tinha dicas sobre a região e água gelada nos esperando. Apartamento extremamente charmoso e espaçoso, uma delícia de ficar.

Pro: The place is very pretty and spacious. Decorated like a very cute Bachelorette pad and loved that it has both a balcony and terrace so we were able to do our laundry and hang it outside without it being seen. Neighborhood was relatively quiet for being near a bigger street and metro. Would stay here again. Host was great with their communication and directions
