Pro: posizione eccellente. ad un minuto da piazza della signoria.

Pro: Posizione centralissima, appartamento pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario

Pro: Posizione centrale. Alloggio ampio e ben strutturato. ⁹Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima dell'orario previsto per il check-in.

Contro: La casa non è stata controllata prima del nostro arrivo. Siamo rimasti il primo giorno e notte al freddo senza riscaldamento. Il problema è stato risolto il giorno successivo.

We wished our trip to Florence would never end, thanks to this unique, special apartment.

Pro: As soon as the door opens, you know you're in a special place. The decor was wonderful - with beautiful original and antique features, yet it was also spacious, spotless and super cosy. The location is unbeatable, with the Duomo one side and the Palazzo Vecchio the other - both just minutes walk away, and plenty small bars close by too. When we had some problems with Vikey and directly contacted our host, it was sorted very promptly, with kindness. We would stay again here in a heart beat and would recommend to anyone!

Contro: The Vikey checking in system was a bit of a nuisance ( lots of picturess and info needed), and the system asked me to check in a couple of times after I'd already done it, which was a wee bit stressful. But I have to say it was sorted once our host was involved.

This apartment is what we have wished for a wonderful experience in Florence.

Pro: The apartment is large, very clean and well equipped. Most important, it is located in the heart of Florence and has an authentic Italian style. The furniture and the decorations are very well chosen.

Contro: The stair is difficult to climb up to the third floor (in a building with high ceiling), but it contributes to the pleasure of living in a historical house.

Pro: The property is quirky and unique and you can tell the owner has had a lot of fun restoring this spacious and airy apartment which has a great central location.

Pro: Emplacement idéal, tout se fait à pied (gare, visites, restauration) L'appartement est magnifique, propre et bien équipé (vaisselle, couverts, serviettes, oreillers...) Deux grandes chambres en mezzanine, 2 salles de bains Identique à la description.

Contro: Le manque d'isolation phonique Manque d'un peu de pression dans la douche. Attention apparemment au 3ème étage sans ascenseur

Amazing Florence rental, beautiful and perfectly located.

Pro: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment. The space is truly unique and beautifully, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The beds were very comfortable, the apartment was well equipped, and the location couldn’t have been better. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you for welcoming my family into your home. we loved our time here and will cherish the memories we made. Highly recommended!
