Perfect location, perfect hosts.

Pro: The location is amazing! There are an abundance of restaurants close by (we would highly recommend Salotto Portinari Bistro - almost next door) There is an elevator, which is wonderful for moving luggage and also at the end of the day when you are tired from sightseeing and shopping. The apartment was clean and comfortable, it had everything we required and more! We also went on a wine tasting trip to Chianti which we loved (not booked via booking.com, but I am sure the host here would assist) Thank you very much for making our holiday special.

Pro: The location was fantastic, right in the centre of Florence, you could walk everywhere, you could hear opera singers from our window.... perfect. Thank you, Valleria and Roberto.

Contro: Everything was lovely.

A wonderful, spacious apartment to stay in while in Florence.

Pro: Great location with lots of restaurants nearby. Very spacious and with the washer and drying rack it was convenient to do laundry. Good communication with the hosts.

Contro: The decor seemed a bit haphazard, but otherwise the apartment was great.

Contro: The place felt just a tiny bit run down, but it was perfectly comfortable and functional.

Un excellent pied-à-terre pour une semaine florentine

Pro: Situé en plein cœur de Florence, l’appartement est spacieux, fonctionnel et confortable. Il a convenu tout à fait à notre petite famille. La literie était bonne, tout était propre. L’hôte nous a réservé un bon accueil, même si notre arrivée était très matinale et nous avons particulièrement apprécié ses qualités de communication.

Contro: Les nuits commençaient à être fraîches (début novembre), nous avions de quoi nous réchauffer, mais nous nous sommes demandés comment aurait été l’expérience avec quelques degrés de moins.

I would love to go back to this spacious, well-equipped, well-located property.

Pro: The host always answered my questions promptly via email and was waiting at the property to meet me. The location is so central to the city that you can walk almost everywhere from the SMN train station to the Vecchio Bridge and across the Arno river. Grocery stores and restaurants are really close by. The bed was comfortable in firmness and size (very generous for 2 people compared to other European beds that we slept on). The host even provided a box of coffee capsules that I could enjoy during my weeklong stay. It was spacious and had everything I hoped for and more (I insist on elevator and air-conditioning for a summer visit to Italy and need ironing equipment, plus the dishwasher and washing machine was helpful).

Contro: We like to have breakfast at home and occasionally get take-out for lunch or dinner. The kitchen is well equipped except there is only a small breakfast bar nearby and the dining table is in the living room so you have to go back and forth. A couple of times late at night the water pressure of the shower was quite low.
