Truly comfortable stay!

Pro: As its name says, it is really a very comfortable apartment, with 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms 2 min walking from the train station and 10 min walking to the historic center. It must have been very recently renovated with a modern and stylish look, everything looked pristine and functioned without any issues (showers, heating, stove, etc.). It was well equipped with all necessities, beds were comfortable, bedroom windows -- noise proof. The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming and responded immediately to all our questions/requests. Great stay overall!

Contro: The only thing that I might mention is that the entrance door to the building was a bit tight and we learned to use an effort to push it open.

Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Die Lage perfekt, nah am Bahnhof und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu allen Swhenswürdigkeiten.

Pro: Super gelegen, drei Bäder, Platz für unsere vierköpfige Familie. Frühstück, MiniMarket und Restaurant alles vor der Haustür.

Contro: Dem dritte Mini-Schlafzimmer fehlt Gemütlichkeit. Ein wenig Deko und ein Vorhang oder Tür für die Privatsphäre würden viel mehr aus dem kleinen Zimmer machen. Die Kissen könnten besser sein. Die Couch ist für vier Personen viel zu klein, da aber in den zwei größeren Schlafzimmer jeweils ein Fernseher vorhanden war war es für uns ok. Haus ist etwas hellhörig, hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Pro: It was recently renovated with modern amenities. Clean and the beds were comfortable. Hot water tank was large enough so three adults could shower without running out of hot water. It was convenient in it's location to the Academia and Uffizi.

Contro: The floors were a challenge if I didn't have my glasses on because they step up and down throughout the apartment. The showers were not built for large people, so if you are plus sized I do not recommend the location for you.
