Pro: Appartamento in posizione strategica non troppo lontano per raggiungere in centro a piedi, parcheggio gratuito in zona (noi abbiamo parcheggiato praticamente sotto casa). La casa è spaziosa ed arredata con gusto, cucina ben accessoriata... consigliatissimo!!

Contro: Forse il bagno un po' stretto (rispetto alle altre camere molto spaziose!)

Pro: Good location, clean apartment and had everything we needed. Parking was free on the street as we were there on the weekend. We had to pay for Monday. The host was upfront and clear about that.

Contro: Would be nice to have some cleaning products, like dishwasher tablets and washing machine detergent, especially as it's mentioned in the description as being provided. Host was abrupt when we asked about this and told us to go to the supermarket and buy our own.

Amazing

Pro: The property was clean,spacious and fit our needs completely.The host was an excellent communicator and helped us as required.Beautiful apartment in a lovely setting.

Contro: The shower was small but functional

Pro: It's warm. We were in December, the heating was working fine. The water pressure is good, the water is hot. The mattresses are firm, sleeps great! Inside there is everything for cooking. Washing machine, dishwasher. To the city center 12-15 euros by cab. There's a big supermarket nearby. Quiet at night. There were no problems with parking.

Contro: The lack of an elevator may be an inconvenience to some.

A little gem in San Frediano

Pro: Location was good not too far from historic centre about 30minute stroll. Apartment was modern very clean excellent facilities.host was extremely helpful. Nice bars and restaurants in the area

Contro: Nothing except being on 3rd floor and no lift but this was explained in the confirmation

Absolutely perfect apartment in Florence!

Pro: Amazing apartment! beautifully decorated, roomy, comfortable, full of natural light, and very well equipped; AC, washer, dishwasher, nespresso and complementary coffee pods :) Located in a very safe area, about 20/25 min walk to the main attractions. We walked every day and loved it. We parked our car on the street and paid street parking (make sure to read all signs before parking!) We communicated with the property manager via WhattsApp and was really smooth. She was super helpful and attentive. It made our stay even more enjoyable. Absolutely recommend this apartment :)

Contro: Nothing to complain since we brought small carry on luggage, however keep in mind the apartment is located on a 4th floor with no elevator.

What a gem of a find. A perfect place to relax in Florence.

Pro: Super clean and comfy. AMAZING air con. Quiet street. Easy to walk into Florence or hop on bus. Near to a fab supermarket
