Pro: Appartamento molto tranquillo e ben curato con tutto il necessario! Con un garage molto spazioso.

Contro: La tv funziona solo se si ha un account Sky. Non c'è il cavo dell'antenna.

Pro: Ci siamo trovati veramente bene in questo b&b! La camera era super bella, accogliente, pulita e romantica. Angolo cottura accessoriato di tutto. La posizione ottima, poiché a 20minuti a piedi dalla stazione e 15 minuti dal centro storico. Staff disponibile e accogliente.

Contro: Mancavano le cialde per il caffè. Organizzare un minimo di colazione sarebbe la perfezione.

Perfect for anyone who needs private parking

Pro: Very nice designed flat and private parking was amazing bonus, ac was running well which was good as it was quite warm when we were in Florence.

Contro: Nothing!

Pro: Location, private parking, view, comfortable bed, a lot of kitchen staff, terrace for breakfast. Everything was super clean and cozy.

Contro: Small shower cabin, a little bit difficult quest to check-in and check-out, but instructions was good

Nice stay

Pro: The location is nice and quiet, but walkable distance to the downtown. Enough space for 4. Garage is spacious enough for european standards despite many comments that state otherwise.

Contro: The leakage in the bathroom. Come prepared with anti-mosquito sprays. No salt, pepper, oil in the kitchen.

Perfect location, lovely apartment

Pro: The location was perfect for us. It was outside the centre of the city on a nice, quiet, tree lined street. There was a great cafe and a restaurant 50 metres down the street. Car parking was free and very secure and it was on the right side of the city to travel south into Tuscany after your stay!

Contro: The air con was working but leaking. The owner was already on the case trying to fix it.

Great stay in a calm place in a nice neighbourhood, walking-distance to everywhere

Pro: Lots of light, even in Winter. Location is super calm but you can still walk everywhere on foot. Kitchen is well equipped to cook. The area is nice with a more local vibe, worth to explore some of the smaller cafes and restaurants. Walk up the hill behind the house for a nice and off the beaten path view of Florence. There also is a gym just 5 minutes away. Additionally the host was extremely kind and fast at helping us out when we locked ourselves out late at night, thanks again!!

Pro: Excellent, clean, quiet apartment, the kitchen has absolutely everything. As if someone moved out of this apartment and left all the necessary things for comfortable living. Private garage, air conditioners keep the temperature, it was nice to return to the apartment after +37 outside. We were greeted in a friendly manner, showed everything and handed over the keys and were also in touch on WhatsApp

Contro: The shower seemed narrow to us, but we are tall people, so maybe that’s why it felt that way
