LA SEDE DELL'ARTE Monolocale Studio e Camere in Torre Medievale vicino a Duomo e Piazza Signoria

Pro: L’appartamento è molto bello, caratteristico, spazioso e pulito; atmosfera tipica fiorentina, posizione eccellente in pieno centro, wifi ottimo. Bagno forse non nuovissimo ma decisamente in ordine. Bella vista sui tetti. L'host è una persona molto gentile, disponibile e accogliente. Considerando la posizione centralissima e la qualità dell’alloggio, anche il prezzo è stato conveniente.

Pro: Possiamo dire solo cose positive su questo alloggio meraviglioso! Una torre con storia – un sogno. C’è tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno! La cucina era pratica. Molto vicino al Duomo – per noi perfetto. Il proprietario è stato gentile, disponibile, colto e molto simpatico. Consigliamo questo alloggio al 100% e torneremo volentieri! 🙂

Pro: Posizione eccellente. Zona centralissima, Si arriva a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria in 10minuti, 3 min dal Duomo, 5 a Piazza Signoria e poco di più a Ponte Vecchio... locali, ristoranti e bar per ogni tasca vicino all'appartamento

Great stay, super nice and helpful host, I would recommend.

Pro: The location is amazing, we were within 15 min walk of everything (and way closer for the big cultural sites)

Contro: The place was a bit small and some equipment were malfunctioning (but I think it was just a punctual issue)

Pro: The landlord Lorenzo is extremely nice, and the apartment is equipped with a dining table and a small kitchen. The view outside the window is beautiful, and most importantly, the location is incredibly convenient. I will definitely choose this place again if I come back next time.

Next door to Torre del Proconsolo

Pro: Absolutely fantastic apartment with medieval style. Lorenzo & Marco are great landlords, very friendly, always keeping in touch, sharing insights and answering questions. The apartment itself is spacy, with decent size bathroom and kitchen area, clean, well maintained, very bright (especially the triple room), and has all necessary stuff in a room (e.g. towels and bed linen). Location is off question, this is as cental as it can get. If you're in favour of historical settings you would admire this apartment, and even if you're not, this is still top notch in terms of value for money.

Contro: Just a reminder for those having troubles sleeping. Don't forget that noise is a trade off for central location and street view, and for fresh air. It might be noisy with an open window. I had a pair of ear plugs but it wasn't needed with the window closed.

Pro: We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was amazing, very comfortable and well located – we honestly didn’t want to go home. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, and we truly appreciate everything. Thank you so much for making our trip to Florence even more special. Highly recommended!
