Pro: Molto piacevole e confortevole. L'ambiente era molto pulito e in condizioni ottime. C'è tutto il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio.Ho trovato addirittura ferro da stiro e piccola asse da stiro.... Sono stato molto contento di aver soggiornato in questo appartamento. Veramente bello!!!

Pro: Location is great - 3 km from the city center, very quiet neighborhood, the apartment is very clean, and all the details are thought of - there was everything you might need during the stay, great experience in general

Feeling like home in Florence

Pro: The apartment is in the perfect location for a trip to Florence if you want to have some peace and quiet in between the explorations of the historic old town. It's in a calm neighborhood with a few really nice restaurant and bakery options reachable on foot. There are several bus stops just around the corner from where you can get into the historic old town or out of Florence. The hosts made sure I had everything I needed by checking in regularly and supporting me with whichever question I might have had. The apartment itself is cozy and nice and offers anything you might need - a comfortable bed, a small kitchen, bathroom with bidet, aircondition and TV. I'd always stay here again.

Pro: Great location by bus and on foot if you prefer to walk. Very clean, nicely furnished and comfortable, everything you need is there. We also had a small table and chairs in the garden to drink our coffee and wine in the evenings. The host was really kind and friendly and ready to help with anything we needed.

Contro: Everything was great 😃

Amazing host, beautiful property - perfect accomodation if you have your own transportation.

Pro: Such a beautiful little property and very lovely and accomodating staff who were readily available and eager to help! The property is close proximity to bus stops, and is in a quiet area.

Contro: This would be the ideal property if you had a vehicle but we had issues getting taxi’s at night (not at all a reflection of the property) so it was sometimes difficult to get home. Would definitely recommend for groups/families.

I would definitely recommend this to all my friends and will stay here again if I return to Florence

Pro: Everything was perfect. The loft was really cool and the place was so clean. The location was amazing bus 5 minute walk away.

Pro: A good location, and great facilities. Superb restauratants close by, cheaper than in town, and filled with locals - a good sign!

Contro: Buses were a little unreliable coming back from town, especially in the evening, and there was a lot of noise from the building work next door, but overall it was very good.

Super good for a small family over a long weekend.

Pro: Very nicely located wrt to Florence city center, Bus stand right next to the Loft. Also, on-site parking, though with charges, is super useful in a city like Florence.

Contro: There was an on-going construction next to the property and the gentlemen working there would wake us up super early in the morning by talking loud but it will be unfair to put the blame on the property so in reality - Nothing!
