Luxury apt in the heart of city out of ZTL

Pro: L appartamento è perfettamente collegato con i mezzi pubblici, la fermata è di fronte al portone di ingresso, ci sono altre linee nei paraggi, con 1 euro arrivate al centro, in alternativa 10 Min a piedi e siete nell' area pedonale. Dispone di molti comfort (veranda, lavatrice, cucina attrezzata, posto auto privato a pagamento, condizionatore canalizzato). Omaggio di benvenuto gradito.

Contro: Nulla per la struttura, se venite in auto basta un attimo e vi ritrovate nella Ztl. I parcheggi a pagamento sono difficili da trovare, bisogna avere molta fortuna.

Pro: Casa molto grande e pulita, con tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno (anche le capsule per il caffè per tutto il pernottamento)…zona molto tranquilla e vicina al centro sia a piedi che con mezzi di trasporto, vicini di casa molto accoglienti ed educati, per non parlare degli host molto gentili che ci hanno accolto ed aspettato al nostro arrivo e fornito tutte le indicazioni utili per la casa e anche per visitare Firenze…sicuramente un posto dove ci ritorneremo

Weekend in famiglia

Pro: La posizione, a ridosso del centro, molto comoda, e la spaziosità dell'appartamento. Molto ospitale il titolare, che ci ha accolti con una bottiglia di vino. Disponibile caffè e tè per la colazione.

Contro: Suggerirei di lasciare una bottiglia di acqua in frigo

Una soluzione ottimale per un soggiorno a Firenze

Pro: L'accoglienza da parte di chi gestisce la struttura ed i proprietari che poi abbiamo conosciuto. La comodità e l'ottima dislocazione dell'appartamento, incluso il terrazzo all'aperto dove abbiamo fatto sempre le colazioni. La vicinanza dalla sede di lavoro dove andavamo tutti i giorni a piedi. Il parcheggio auto abbastanza vicino. La pulizia e la completezza delle dotazioni dell'appartamento. Il Wi-Fi super veloce in fibra (+ di 130 MB in Download effettivi)

Top choice to stay in Florence

Pro: The apartment is perfect choice for a comfortable stay in Florence. There is everything you need. Owners are very helpful.

Highly reccommend flat

Pro: The apartment is very well located, a short walk to the city center and public transportation is very good and convenient. The apartment is clean and the bed is comfortable. Diego and Diana welcomed us very warmly and we had good communication with them.

Contro: The kitchen needs a pan that can be used on an induction stove.

Great flat and would return.

Pro: Very comfortable and well equipped. Excellent baby cot and high chair.

Contro: Shower needs some maintenance.

Perfect for a few days in Florence if you don't mind walking into the central tourist hotspots.

Pro: The apartment was exactly as described, spacious and comfortable with a small outside seating area for your personal use. It's about a 20 minute meander from the train station and a similar distance back into the tourist hotspots, but we knew that when booking and didn't mind wandering down different streets each day to spot different things. There are restaurants nearby too, (we liked Da Nasone).

Contro: Nothing really, everything was spot on.

Beautiful apartment and wonderful hosts

Pro: It’s a beautiful apartment, lots of space and all the amenities you would need. The outside terrace is a brilliant bonus. The owners can’t do enough to help make you comfortable, we arrived in the evening and mentioned we needed a shop to buy milk for our daughter for the morning, they directed us but 10 minutes later they turned up with milk and a bottle of wine.

Contro: Not a downside for us but it’s a slight walk to the main area of Florence which is why we chose it. The walk is max 15 minutes so don’t let that put you off.
