Easy, smooth and aesthetic

Pro: The apartment is gorgeous and so well put together. It was so clean and well prepped for our arrival. It is right in city center, close to all the major sites and stores. The staff were extremely helpful. They answered all our queries and messages really quickly.

Pro: Clean, cool and location. We would definitely stay here again if it was available and we were returning to Florence. Don’t hesitate to book this property, it is lovely with the two bathrooms and big bedroom (and big comfortable bed). Great shower and soft towels with quality bathroom accessories. The location is superb, everything is so close and you can walk to all the main attractions in a maximum of 15 minutes (that includes the train/tram station for the Airport). So easy to arrive and leave this city, friendly atmosphere everywhere and clean streets washed every night.

Contro: Wi-fi problem on arrival which was professionally solved by the owner in a quick time frame (thank you). Everything else was perfect.

Excellent location with a lux feel.

Pro: Central location- easy access to every area. Modern well appointed lux style facilities. Great comfortable bed. Staff were excellent too.

Contro: Front door was hard to open with the key. Need some video instructions given it doesn’t work properly.
