Pro: Posizione ottima, zona mercato centrale quindi molto centrale! Permetteva di raggiungere a piedi diversi luoghi di interesse come anche la stazione Santa Maria Novella letteralmente ad 8 minuti a piedi!

Contro: Parecchie scale non molto comode vista la loro ripidità soprattutto con tanti bagagli.

Pro: Lovely welcome from Bessie, who was there when we arrived at the apartment. Because of the other reviews I was dreading this staircase, a few had mentioned. Unless you have full mobility issues, the staircase is ok to climb. The apartment on entry was very clean and a great use of space for our family of 5. The first night was a bit noisy thru the night, so bring your earplugs for the front bedroom. The other nights the noise wasn’t that bad.The beds were comfortable, the kitchen although we didn’t use was well equipped. The two bathrooms were essential with a family of 5 and were very clean…Santa Maria novella train station was only a 10 min walk away…Overall we enjoyed our stay at The Mona Liza as it was accessible to all of Florence and even the City site seeing bus, that we found very informative was a 5 min walk away and was stop 6 outside the very well supermarket

Contro: We Loved everything and will recommend to friends and family on their visit to Florence, As it was Great Value for Money

Pro: The rooms were spacious and the layout was different.

Contro: There were a lot of stairs to climb to get to the apartment. It could be troublesome for people, but Bessa was very kind and assisted with carrying our baggage up on arrival.
