Pro: L' appartamento è situato in una zona tranquilla e abbastanza bella di Firenze, al mattino ci siamo svegliati con un bellissimo panorama . Tutto abbastanza carino.

Contro: La tavoletta del bagno era rotta ma penso che abbiano provveduto alla sostituzione

Tutto perfetto

Pro: Ottima la posizione, in una zona tranquilla di Firenze, ma allo stesso tempo vicino al centro . Il centro è comodamente raggiungibile tramite i BUS, a pochi minuti dall'abitazione è presente la fermata dell'autobus Ottima la comunicazione e la facilità nel raggiungere il posto e nel ritirare /consegnare le chiavi tutto molto chiaro

Contro: nulla, tutto ha sodisfatto le mie aspettative

Pro: Pulizia impeccabile, immobile che non manca di nulla, quiete, tranquillità perfetto per un soggiorno in serenità a due passi dal centro di Firenze

Contro: Nessun appunto da fare. Tutto perfetto!

Week end fiorentino

Pro: Appartamento estremamente funzionale, con tutte le dotazioni del caso (dalla lavatrice al ferro da stiro, dal bollitore al tostapane). Luminoso, caldo e molto confortevole. Adatto per coppie ma anche per famiglie.

Pro: Appartamento e molto bello, pulito, munito di tutto il necessario. Zona e molto tranquilla. Ringraziamo per accoglienza e disponibilità.

Pro: Location was very good, 2,7 km from center, inside the trees and fresh air. We enjoyed a lot our trip. Personally thanks to our cordinator, everything we needed provided in the apartment.

We expected more

Pro: The apartment has everything you need, with good communication with the owner. Although it is located farther from the city center, it’s easy to reach the old town on foot, and there's also a bus station nearby. Parking is close to the building and safe.

Contro: There is a lot of moisture on the bathroom walls, with cobwebs and dust present, which is very unpleasant. The beds are quite uncomfortable, and there are too many mosquitoes, which could be resolved by installing mosquito screens on the windows and the balcony door. For these reasons, the rating is lower.

Pro: Great apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, short bus ride to the centre. Also one of the few with spacious parking spot.

Contro: When we arrived, the apartment wasn't cleaned but they rectified it the same evening as apparently the cleaner didn't show up. So all good in the end.

Pro: - the host is very helpful and answers questions -apartment itself is clean and has everything you need -location is also good. Is quiet but close to public transportation -parking

Contro: Everything was great. The only thing we didhnt like is a small window you cannot cover as its too high in the room and the daylight was entering the room early in the morning. However this is not a negative thing about the apartment itself but is our habit to sleep on a dark room. I am just mentioning for people like us to be aware

Nice and comfortable

Pro: The apartment is very clean and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasent stay. Self check-in is simple and it's in a residential neighborhood so it's calm and quiet during the night. There's a bus station five-minute walk away from the apartment so it's easy to get around and you don't need to make an uphill walk every time you're returning from the city, just a short \
