Santa Maria Novella 6 sleeps near the central station

Pro: Appartamento e posizione . Molto pulito e accessoriato.

Contro: Scale senza ascensore e un po di chiacchiericcio notturno in strada

Contro: Le finestre non sono isolanti e la strada sotto è piuttosto rumorosa

Pro: Location was great - easy access, great communication from the host - great apartment.

Pro: Over all location interaction, with the host , access to attractions.

Contro: No elevator. So have to carry the suitcases upstairs through 3 levels. Challenging if someone has mobility issues

Pro: Beautiful big space with a view over piazza, wonderful location in easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Florence. We loved our stay here.

Pro: The property has a little view from the adorable kitchen window. It was well equipped for our week stay & we were walking distance to everything. It has a very ‘Tuscan’ feel.

Contro: The street noise from below travels up the 3 levels & can be a little loud during the night, but that can’t be helped - use ear plugs.

Had a great stay , loved Florence and location was excellent

Pro: Location , great kitchen facilities and lounge . Loved the keyless access this certainly makes it easier when there are 3 in your group .

Contro: Unfortunately the toilet did not flush property and then stopped working completely. Had to use a bucket to flush the toilet. The guy did attempt to fix it but wasn’t able too , shower head also broken

Pro: Amazing location and beautifully kept apartment. So close to the main parts of Florence. Spacious for 4 of us and nice bedrooms. Very clean and excellent communication by the hosts. 5 stars for all these aspects.

Contro: Major issue was the noise outside. Out of the control of the owners of course but the excessive shouting and screaming from the bar around the corner was off the scale. And it was pretty much every night. This has more to do with the general lack of respect shown for the local residents by large groups of drinkers. This caused sleepless nights not just for us but the entire street I would say. Not sure if something can be done about this for future guests. I love a party but never felt the need to wander the streets screaming. This was the only negative.

Pro: Very nice apartment, clean, spacious, very well-equipped and very convenient for the station and exploring Florence. The 24 hour check in and door code system works really well.

Contro: The house was very quiet but the surrounding streets were noisy at night particularly at the weekend. Bring earplugs!

Pro: Very spacious apartment that was well equipped. Close to main attractions.
