Perfetta per chi preferisce evitare il caos del centro!

Pro: Struttura molto grande pulita e in una posizione tranquilla e comoda per spostarsi verso il centro. Parcheggi anche gratuiti a pochi passi dalla casa e zona ben servita dai mezzi pubblici.

Contro: Tutto perfetto, trovare qualcosa per la colazione sarebbe stato il top ma basta organizzarsi e comprare qualcosa nei vicini supermercati.

Appartamento Top….ve lo consiglio!!

Pro: Vicinissimo a dove dovevamo andare noi e non lontano da altro Casa spaziosa e ben tenuta, si vede che è una cosa che è stata vissuta!!

Pro: Molto accogliente, pulita e confortevole. Ottima la posizione, sotto Fiesole e ben collegata con il centro

What a wonderful find

Pro: It's a tastefully decorated apartment in a quiet and convenient residential area just outside the main tourist part. We managed to have some much needed sleep after spending a few days in a very noisy central Rome accommodation. Communication: Good communication from the host, online, WhatsApp. He accommodated our bed set up request prior to our arrival and early check out time on new year day. Thank you! Transport: 3 minutes walk to the bus station with regular bus to town. The bus ride is about 15 minutes to Gallery Accademia and 25 minutes to Boboli garden. All the taxi drivers we used had no trouble of finding the place. Equipment: Well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and kitchenware. Overall a wonderful stay!

Contro: The bathroom door is tricky and the wash basin tap need to be closed from certain angle but we managed.

Beautiful apartment in Florence

Pro: The apartment was lovely and the host was so helpful and accomodating with our check out time. The apartment is close to bus stops that reach city centre. Would definitely stay here again.

Contro: Maybe different mattresses on the beds, however we all slept every night so they weren't that bad.

A peaceful apartment allowing comfortable living.

Pro: It is a spacious apartment equipped with 2 balconies. The apartment is pleasant to live in and the area is quiet. With nice restaurants nearby, after a day in the city which is a 40-min walk, it is pleasant to be able to eat in the vicinity of the apartment. Finding a parking spot in the vicinity also was very easy.

Contro: The interior of the apartment has quite some years, showing by a sagging bench and also the mattress on bed was uncomfortably thin. Further the arrival was mildly welcoming, although it was a personal reception, it was a mainly contractual encounter, however no accessories like some coffee, water, etc, were complementary to the rent.
