Pro: La casa è molto confortevole e collocata in un'ottima posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro, host molto gentile, ci sono una decina di scalini per salire all'appartamento ma per noi non sono stati un problema. Sicuramente la consigliamo!

Excellent host - very helpful. We would recommend

Pro: The property is well situated. The host was very easy to contact. We were met at the apartment by Cesare. He was extremely helpful and made a reservation for us at a restaurant for that evening.

Contro: The key to the front door into the property was hard to use. A lady from a shop next to the property helped us to enter - although she was clearly exasperated as it was likely a regular problem.

Everything was excellent

Pro: The host is super nice, easy to communicate with. They helped us to bring up our luggage and he gave us information about the city. Easy to collect the key. Check in was online before we arrived. Check out also very easy. Location is excellent, close to everything. The apartment is a very nicely renovated. I loved the little terasse.

Location, location, location

Pro: The location was excellent and walkable from the train station with luggage. It was a 10 minute walk to the Duomo, a small supermarket was across the road. There was a minor problem that Mathias sorted out very quickly. Mathias was in touch prior to our arrival to ensure that someone would meet us at the accommodation. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable with plenty of room in the living area. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment clean.

Contro: The outer (street) door was difficult to open.

A lovely apartment in a fantastic location.

Pro: The location of the apartment was fantastic - it was extremely central and lots of great places to eat and drink very close by. The kitchenette and small outdoor space were great for breakfast, brought locally. The furnishings were very tasteful.

Contro: The only issue was that the bed was very low, although very comfortable, but if you struggle with pain in your knees (as my husband does) it may be difficult to get on and off - which my husband struggled to do. I had no issues and found the bed very comfortable.

Comfortable home in heart of Florence

Pro: Fantastic location, short walk to most of the attractions, supermarket and great gelatoria on the same street. The place is modern and clean, well equipped kitchen to cook your own meals. Also had a washing machine and drying rack which is handy. Also all the staffs were very welcoming and responsive. The drain wasn’t working but the sent staff right over to resolve it within the same day. Highly recommended.

Fabulous place to stay in a great location for central Florence

Pro: We were met at the property by Simone who was excellent, showed us around, which keys to use on which door, how everything in the apartment worked and where all the main sites were situated, he couldn’t have been more helpful. Apartment is about a 10 min walk from the main station and in a great location for walking to all the main points of interest. There is a well stocked supermarket just across the road and plenty of places to eat just a few minutes walk away. Really comfortable place to stay with everything you need, there’s even a washing machine if your staying longer and want to take advantage. Shower was a great size and always hot and powerful. If you’re staying in slightly warmer months you even have a lovely little patio area to sit out on for meals. Would definitely recommend if you’re planning a long or short stay in beautiful Florence.

Contro: There was nothing specifically that we didn’t like, if I’m being picky it would have been nicer to have a choice of softer pillows and the surrounding apartments can be a little noisy at times but it’s only what you’d expect being a large block on several levels.

A perfectly located apartment of a comfortable stay in Florence

Pro: The apartment is located in a super central area, which is so convenient for everything. There is a supermarket literally across the road, a few more within a 5 minute walk and plenty of bars for coffee, restaurants, and gelato places within a short distance. Matias was a very responsive host. The apartment itself is lovely, everything you need to cook meals, a large shower and a comfortable bed.

Contro: There is no external ventilation to the bathroom so it gets very steamy in there, even with the small exhaust fan.

Good location in a very busy city

Pro: Location was good . 10-15 minutes from train . Good walking distance from to many interesting sites . Many good restaurants on the street . Nice to have use of washing machine.

Contro: Need a bigger coffee maker. .lol

Pro: The location is perfect, within walking distance of main attractions. Restaurants, bars and grocery store on the doorstep. As we were visiting Florence for a week having a washing machine was a god send. Bed and pillows are very comfortable and of good quality. A very smart and comfortable apartment in the heart of the city.

Contro: It's a small dislike and rather personal taste than an issue, the coffee machine that is advertised is actually an Italian style, stove top, coffee pot. It does make good coffee but it is time consuming compared to a machine. Wouldn't stop me staying again as they are plenty places to grab a coffee and go when in a hurry.
