Pro: Tutto perfetto, a partire dalla posizione, la casa è veramente bella pulita e tenuta molto bene, ci ha accolti un ragazzo gentilissimo e simpatico che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa, rapporto qualità prezzo perfetto, tornerei volentieri e consiglio vivamente

Pro: La struttura è davvero bella, comoda, pulita e dotata di tutto. Si può accedere in ascensore e i gestori del check in sono stati cordiali e disponibili.

Contro: Siamo arrivati poco dopo l'orario in cui è previsto il check in gratuito. Capisco che è difficile venire incontro alle richieste di orario di tutti, ma forse 30 € per aver sforato solo di mezz'ora è un po' troppo. Suggerirei delle fasce orarie e dei pagamenti differenziati. Inoltre evidenzierei meglio la questione \

Lots of space abd comfort in a beautiful apartment in Florence’s artisan neighbourhood

Pro: This is a very spacious and beautiful family apartment. There is a kitchen and two spacious bathrooms along with a master bedroom and another bed on a quirky mezzanine. It is immaculately restored with every modern detail but still retains its Florentine character. The central location cannot be beat. I particularly enjoyed the artisan shops in the immediate area - perfume makers, vintage jewellery, antiques. So much to see and enjoy. Amazing food too of course. Big shout out to Sal who welcomed us and was always available for recommendations. His warmth set the mood for our fantastic Florence holiday.

A very nice cocoon in the center of Florence

Pro: We had the back appartement but it is fully refreshed , very quite and perfectly located. 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen. Our kids loved it. The host was great and very friendly.

Enjoyable and memorable stay in Florence.

Pro: The location was amazing. It’s right opposite Pitti Palace. The property has a lift. Scott, the host, was welcoming and helpful. He gave us some really good recommendations for food in Florence. The flat is incredibly clean and is kitted out with everything a family might need. We had an evening in and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils we needed to cook, set the table and serve. The linen was changed half way through our 7 day stay. We were extremely happy to have chosen this accommodation. P.S. Dostoyevsky wrote his masterpiece Idiot while living in the building, according to a plaque above the entrance door to the building.

Contro: Some drain smell in one of the bedrooms, but to be expected in a historical building. Solved by opening a small window and locking the bathroom door for a bit after using the shower.
