Santa Croce View Cool & Air Condizioned Private Entrance Apartment

Pro: L'appartamento era molto carino, ampio e accogliente; la posizione ottima.

Contro: La mancanza di informazioni sul parcheggio, subito però fornite dellhost. Il letto era davvero scomodo.

Pro: Casa molto pulita e carina, zona Centrale e host gentilissimi molto presente e disponibile

Contro: Purtroppo causa umidità erano presenti moltissime zanzare

Firenze come un fiorentino

Pro: F A V O L O S O ! Appartamento singolo in posizione ottima (in centro ma anche raggiungibile a piedi per chi, come me, ha dovuto lasciare l'auto fuori dalla ZTL) tranquilla perché lontana dal traffico e dalla confusione. E' stato ristrutturato con molta cura, c'è tutto il necessario ma anche molto di più: cucina attrezzata (lavastoviglie, forno, macchinetta del caffé, bollitore...) pentole, piatti bicchieri e posate. 2 bagni (!) entrambi con doccia, cabina armadio, camera da letto abbastanza grande. Televisore, Wifi, lavatrice ed asciugatrice (!). Ovviamente anche riscaldamento (a pavimento) e climatizzatore. E' stata arredata con molto gusto, con numerose finezze e soluzioni ricercate: dai mobili agli elettrodomestici per finire agli arredi è tutto di prima classe. Pulitissimo e molto accogliente, Nella mia esperienza mai visto un alloggio turistico di questo pregio.

Contro: Sono abbastanza pignolo e nonostante ciò, non posso dire di avere trovato qualcosa di negativo... In quell'appartamento si potrebbe vivere comodamente per lunghi soggiorni!

A nice spacious house in beautiful Firenze.

Pro: The house had high ceilings, it was spacious and really clean. We also liked its decoration. I can't say it's really close to the main station. However, we could still walk in 20 minutes. The laundry room was great. There were two bathrooms which is great for a family of four. Since it is a one floor building there was noice coming from the street from time to time but we could still take a good night's sleep.

Contro: The cleaner came and tried to open the door before the check-out time. He was a nice guy so we didn't mind:) The host also said they were sorry about it.

My stay in Florence was perfect—great apartment, unbeatable location, and fully equipped for comfort.

Pro: The apartment was very central, well equipped and super clean. I really enjoyed the location and the air conditioning was great. The laundry room was a really unexpected bonus!

Excellent accomodation. Highly recommend.

Pro: My partner and our two young children stayed for 3 nights. The apartment was exceptional. Spacious, clean, very well equipped, good location (about 2km walk from the train station). Plenty of restaurants, shops, supermarkets nearby. Very new and modern decor especially the bathrooms but filled with character. Excellent communication from host. Lovely little welcome package of biscotti and a drink. 10/10pm of our favourite accomodations in Europe so far.

Contro: Nothing we didn’t like.

A beautiful stay in Florence

Pro: The place is lovely, we spent a wonderful time there, it is situated on a walking distance to the center, though on a quiet street. It has all that you need for a pleasant stay: large rooms, facilities in the kitchen, good beds and two bathrooms. Thank you, Irene, for the sweets and for hosting us!

Contro: - I prefer softer pillows, - there was no room cleaning during the period of stay.

Beautiful apartment near the heart of Florence

Pro: Well maintained and comfortable. Great air conditioning for the wormer months. The location was fantastic, close to everything.
